When we first arrive there was a table ahead of us and it was only the lady as a server. The place got busy right after. After we got our order in the food came out fast and fresh. If you’re not a sauerkraut lover like me and you eat the sauerkraut balls, they don’t taste like sauerkraut. I was surprised. Pretzel was fluffy and a good shareable size. Pretty yummy with the honey mustard. I got the brisket and it was delicious, I did have one meat that was mostly fat that I couldn’t eat it but it was delicious and was pretty full anyways.

The establishment is clean and open.

Randomly drove by and saw the sign with a pretzel. I used to live in Germany and was with my kid who was born there. Figured why not try something new and see how authentic it was. The food was great and service outstanding. The decor just made everything fit together. As far as authentic… when you have the option to get “the litre” when ordering a beer is a good sign. To complete the experience, when I asked the little one how the food was, it was a thumbs up with “some of it was a little bland”. That screamed authentic German food to me ???? and was NOT a bad thing. If you know, you know.

BEWARE! FOOD POISONED
Honestly I don’t even know where to start. Our server was … so he didn’t even care much about anything.
Place pretty dirty, table was sticky. But my friend wanted to try their food, so we stayed.
I ordered schnitzel and it was raw chicken (look at pictures) and they didn’t have any salad greens or simple dressing like vinegar. Ok it happens. They redid chicken (not even apologized) but at some part it was still raw. At this point I just didn’t want to argue for $12 dish. I just wanted spend time with my friend.
When I come home I didn’t feel well, I was nauseous and bloated. Took bunch of pepto and was ok… ish. But my friend ended up going to ER with a food poisoning!!!! She was sick for few days after! This is disgusting!
I highly DON’T recommend this place. They kitchen doesn’t even smell food. Looks like they use microwave or something

Even though I didn't get to try their food as I already had lunch prior to arriving, I had a wonderful time in West Berlin recently when I went there for a friend's farewell party. The environment was alive and welcoming, creating the ideal scene for a fun-filled get-together with friends. The staff went above and above to make sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable. They were all incredibly attentive and amiable. The restaurant's tasteful interior design provided a cozy and sophisticated space to socialize and make memories. While I missed out on trying their cuisine, the positive energy and camaraderie of the event left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend West Berlin to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience in a warm and inviting setting. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family to savor their delectable dishes.

The hostess was super nice, and the atmosphere was great. The food was outstanding as it is every time I go. They have a bunch of German beers and wines that are real tasty. I love this place and the prices are lower than you'd think for such authentic quality food 10/10 would recommend.

Four of us dinned on a Sunday evening and it was incredibly delicious. We all loved our dishes. The red cabbage with apple was fantastic too.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Kind of looks run down, but very homely inside, good service, and great food at a fair price!
