Nicely paved bike /walking pass. 4picnic benches, 4 wooden seats. Playground for kids. There was some homeless tents to the right under the overpass with deterred me from walking under it because I was alone. Many people and families walked and rode bikes under it and past them with no issues but just stating for transparency. This is a nice place to relax by the water. Very clean as well. With 2 trash barrels insight.

There isn’t too much of a park, just two small play areas that could be appealing to children. Good for walking dogs. The walk along Coastal Trail is pretty because it’s by the water but the views aren’t too wonderful and one must be aware of the bikers.

I am 60 and my parents took us to this park when we we're kids. The park was a little different back then. Went there to do some locates for the demolition of the old bathrooms and sidewalk. The sidewalk will be replaced, and I heard they will be working on the playground equipment as well. You now have to pay for parking there now. Small park, nice views and a few signs for the tourist that stop by to visit. The Oscar Anderson historical house is there as well.

Very nice place for jogging and walking around but we need to put a good person and security for safety of our people who visit our nice place thankyou

Nice walking place, tho some people are awesome and can jog it ????. Climbed most of the way to the top but, with limited time and energy, chose to sit near the top and just take in the views -- out across Anchorage all the way to the sea's arm and beyond to the west -- nice nearer mountains in the other directions!

Has all the facilities that one would need (restroom, playground, seats and more). Beach view was nice, a 6/10. Steep grass hill made a perfect spot for sitting and viewing the beach. Parking was not free though.

Great little park. Kids loved the sand area even though some pieces broken. Right on the coastal trail.

Great place to watch the sunset! I recommend picking up something to eat @ International House of Hotdogs just up the hill, getting your food to-go, and walk down the hill for a meal with a scenic view at one of the picnic tables. One of my favorite downtown spots :)
