A time warp Diner , we just missed the Lobby closing they were mopping , so we went through the drive through ,
True 1950s hospitality
They let my wife use the facilities .
The burgers were fresh and the fries were hot , great experience. I would go back 23 more times .
My family says the diner is clean , snazzy and D’lish .

While I like the old school location it is kinda between styles. Not retro and not updated. I would think a remodel and theme update would be awesome. ( not likely a sound business plan. Just would be cool). The customer service was good. Food was good. Nice menu selection. Lots of sandwiches and sides as well as ice cream choices.

If you are in Campbell Missouri I'd stop in and say hello. But I'm not sure I'd make a trip just for this location. If you do make it there. Be sure to tell them Roger sent you.

We had some nice burgers ???? and onion ???? rings. The ice cream ???? looks good!!

The food was good. Most of the prices were not too bad. WE ordered a large side order of fires though and the cost was nearly $10! This was not some huge order of fries either just a normal size order of fries. The fries by themselves cost more than my open face roast beef meal.

The ladies here did their best to get everyone served. They got swamped with orders but everyone was patient with them beings there was only 2 workers. Food was great and ice cream was delish!! What astonished me the most was a hearing impared lady came in to order and was using an app on her phone to communicate with the young lady taking her order. She want quite sure how to use the app but she did amazing and I'm sure the lady and her son was very pleased. Definitely will come back!!

I have been coming here for a large part of my life and have always enjoyed eating here, but recently their service has become terrible.
Be prepared to wait forever when going through the drive thru, and not all cars are created equal when asked to pull forward. Some cars are asked to pull in front and wait after ordering and some are not. I waited for 10 minutes behind one vehicle before they took my order, and then was old my order would take 20 minutes to cook.

I'm only giving the Sugar Shack 4 stars because they don't have bananas for splits but the pineapple shake I got instead was really good and my husband loved his cherry vanilla shake she made. It was our first time stopping thru, it was on our route. Very friendly employee big Smiles !

Classic dairy bar fare. Nothing to complain about. The price of the soft serve made it accessible to all. And the portion I received was generous. I'll stop by again when I drive through next summer.
