Your average Walmart Supercenter accept for its much better then the California Walmarts because in California a lot of item a are behind a glass and you have to get customer service to come get it out for you. Not at this store. Everything was cleaned and well organized. Came to get some drinks for the river and an air mattress pump all which they had for a good price.

Large store that generally does have everything online in stock however have had a few different encounters where no one in the store can locate the products, lost or stuck in freezer or not stocked on shelf. Store layout is the classic style and easy to navigate.

Shop here often. It's often not well stocked, and the employees are not the friendliest. Some are helpful, but not usually. Most don't even acknowledge my husband and I. Today though we met a nice woman whose job was clearly to stock shelves, but she was nice and asked if we needed help finding something. USUALLY the stocking people have bad attitude if you ask them anything. It's as if they think it's only their job to stock, not provide customer service.

Employee's were very friendly (smiling, and asking if we needed help finding anything). We dropped $500 in this store because everything seemed like it was on sale or clearance - what a deal! Can't believe there isn't a Walmart store on the NV side! Arizona was happy to take our money ????????

Door greeters act like they're the police checking receipts. They are always out of stock on items. They're just as expensive as other grocery stores now. And it's always always Hot hot in this store.

Given that Bullhead City has a limited selection, it's great that this Walmart is still operating and offers a large amount of plant based / vegan options if you look for them! They have a huge freezer aisle of plant-based items and a decent selection of hard to come by fruit juices, peanut butter/jelly condiments, fruit chip snacks, and fresh fruit with out preservatives/additives :) overall, good prices too!

Some of the rudest managers I have ever saw, even curse on the sales floor and slander other employees in front of others, and this is a higher up manager! a coach! I am a former manager for wal mart and how some of the managers there exhibit no core values, respect for the individual, integrity, honesty, none of them. They are rude if you ask questions, never acknowledge you. I'm ashamed this is even a wal mart because of a couple of these managers. Yes, I am calling out managers because attitude reflects leadership, so if employees are bad, look up, bad management is usually the problem. Mike for instance up front, and Cassandra. Drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Mohave, it's better in every way.

We got everything except for a trash can on our most recent visit.
In addition we also picked up an online order.
Zero wait at the checkout (we don't use self checkout) and the cashier was quite pleasant.
The only issue we had was with the mobility cart. It kept telling us to bring it back in the store when we were in the hardware department. Funny thing? It let us drive it out the front door to our truck & back!????
