I like this store but my review is specifically the deli dept. I tried to by fried chicken at around 4:00 in the afternoon and was told there isn't any more nor are they going to cook any more. I asked why and was told, "because it's on a pallet in the back". How does that prevent someone from getting it and cooking it?! What if someone wants to buy chicken at DINNER TIME!? Too bad? It doesn't make any sense. It would be nice if they pretended to care about the actual customers

Today I was harassed and by a co worker a manger, all I wanted to do was eat my salad at the deli and because I hadn't paid for it yet I was harassed and pictures taken of me. I had JUST cashed my paycheck there minutes prior. I bought groceries put them in my car, forgot I needed rice but had to be at work soon so I sat down at the seating area which is for people to eat and eat a salad. Yes I admit I hadn't paid YET but I cash multiple paychecks there every month, for multiple jobs, because I am a hard working citizen. And to be harassed was degrading. It's not stealing until I attempt to leave the premise without paying. I don't care if they have other people do shady things. To be accused before the fact is not very welcoming and may not shop or cash my checks there anymore she to the fact. I bust my butt and I didn't want to go to the front then pay and walk back for convenience purposes. I am in no shape or form a thief. Never have been. I'd have to be pretty stupid to cash my check and steal in the same few minutes. Disgusted by the staff.

We love our local Smiths! Karen, Gloria, Mikey, Lyndsay, Korbin, & Ronda are so wonderful they know us by name and treat us like family! They always make sure we found everything ok, and they are ALWAYS pleasant.

Great deals! Some of ad sales were out of stock. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

Seems busy almost all day, everyday. This store is equipped with a deli, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, Wells Fargo bank and gas station. There is also a Bank of America conveniently located on the same property. This location has a Red Box (Movie Rentals) too. Self checkout is available and checkout lanes are almost always open. The customer service is pretty good; I never really had a bad experience here.

Great store has everything you need at a reasonable price. I shop here around 3 times a week. However this being said there are certain people there that don't belong in customer service. The lady at customer service with the raspy voice refused to cash my money order just because it didn't have JR on it. Which is basically calling me a liar. If I was going to cash something fraudulent I wouldn't do it somewhere I always shop. Not to mention she's already cashed several of them for me with no problem.

Rude employee in the deli acted as if I was disturbing her by asking if I could pay for a deli item at her register ????I drive a truck and pass threw there frequently I’d thought I’d stop and get a coffee from the smiths Starbucks.To say the least it’s more like a water shop not coffee. Mango dragon fruit looked like water. They didn’t have the fruit. I didn’t realize the fruit makes the color. So that was fine I just ordered myself another drink (Carmel frappe) had no coffee it was white slush with whip on top. I will never visit this place again!!
