The store I'm doing the review on is located in Kingman Arizona - Amazing the new face lift (renovation) the employees are wonderful and very helpful. Definitely go there and refer. Love it!

I always love coming here however i did see a issue that should be resolved. I seen a customer come in with a coupon from a cigarette manufacturer and the employee refuse to accept it contacted manager and manager denied the coupon. You're able to put the store that you are in and they're supposed to take the coupon however the manager and the employee went to Great lengths to dismiss the customer even talking to her like she was beneath them or crazy

I find some items at Family Dollar that are a lot cheaper and more reasonable than some of the items Smith's Food King nowadays every dollar counts????????????????????

I thought my total was higher than I anticipated. The cashier was talking nonstop about everything under the sun, and she ended up scanning 2 items twice, so $11.50 extra!!! I tried calling the store, but they do not answer the phone!!! So I will have to make another trip out in this bad wind to get a refund.

This time of the month all stores are very busy. I had to stop at FAMILY Dollar for some supplies for my dog. I always get my dogs food and treats here because I get the best deals and I can get in and out very quickly. Now then with the Covid stuff going on I try to be quick. I really appreciate the workers because not only are the polite they are very fast and friendly. So I enjoyed my visit and I thank all of the workers for keeping the line moving and also keeping us safe by following the COVID rules. Thanks & God Bless

It's alright. I just don't like doing there when a certain lady works there. She watches you like you're stealing it something and isn't very pleasant. Not sure if she hates the job or not but the store is well b stocked and isn't a mess.
