This store has the worse customer service and manager (which doesn’t even wear a name tag) I have ever seen! Then she is threatening me with the police while not even knowing her own stores policies telling me I can only return the broken iPhone charger cable I purchased 10 days ago “with “ a package and in only 7 days while I have the receipt as proof of purchase and family dollar corporate just informed me it’s a 30day return policy ! If I would keep all the package from purchases I make for my business and home I would need to rent a storage facility just for that ! Would never purchase anything at that store location ever again !!!

This is my favorite store in downtown Buckeye. Sarina is the manager and she really loves her job and customers and becomes fast friends with everyone who walks into her store. Betsy has been there for years and is such a fire cracker! We all love her. Jeremy and Gwen are also wonderful and kind. The staff is great, the store is always organized or being worked on to get there after a truck. They are always well stocked, and compared to Dollar General which is always out of 35% of the store and doesn't always have consistent stock in some foods. Family Dollar is the best choice if you need anything and everything aside from fresh produce but you can get dairy. freezer food etc. Shop here If you're in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Stopped here to load my netspend card, I was told to come back in 2 hours because they were unloading a truck, This was very dumb because the cashier was ringing up shoppers who was shopping but the manager did not want to walk over to register to authorize the netspend load on my card.
The workers here have a bad understanding about customer service. Also the store here is dirty ,unstocked, staled goods and Do not have what I am looking for most of the time shelves almost empty.

If I could I will put 0 stars, Karina was so rude to her coworker and to me. coworker asked her a question that I asked and he couldn’t answer so he asked her for help and she was sooo rude to him she thought we where asking a stupid question. When even if it’s a stupid question she needs to just try to be nice and answer every question to customers and coworkers. She is the shift manager. Soooo rudeeeee

Literally the worst store to shop at. The cashier on feb 7th, was scanning my items and scanned an extra item. I brought it to her attention because I understand scanning stuff things can slip. Well she started to raise her voice at me and uttering me to be quite. Then she said “okay now you may speak”. Respectfully not once did I raise my voice. I said “that’s rude to tell a customer “now you may speak” well this lady didn’t like that. So it obviously escalated from there because my mother was there and she was seeing the lady start to raise her voice at me. We payed and everything till the other cashier started to cuss at us. The lady as she was walking back to the back room yelled “it’s 2022 and Biden is president and you people are so sensitive” “this isn’t a nice place, we don’t need to treat you people good here”. As if anyone wants to shop at this disgusting dirty family dollar. Don’t shop here

I went there yesterday looking for something, didn't end up buying anything. The place is a mess, isles are blocked by boxes, nothing seems to be in any kind of order. I know it's the holiday season but WOW!! It doesn't look like anyone goes through it after hours and puts things away and if they did the restocking during closed hours they might not have things in the way for their patrons to be able to shop.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. The store is always a disgusting mess with very unprofessional workers. The staff always looks sloppy.

They were stocking in the middle of the day, to what I saw it was the most busiest hr. People couldn't even walk thru with carts.
A lady in front of me at register had problem with a price. The "manager" was rude to her.
Then is my turn and a had ask I wanted to make sure this two things were 2 for $7 because that's exactly what said in the sign actually there were three sings. Rudely she said I don't know with no knowledgment and then she said no. I told theres 3 signs, then she went and check and told me she was gonna give me the discount BUT when I looked at me receipt she only gave me $1 dollar off
I had a detergent I found in the clearance section with two red stickers which were supposed to be reduced 50% and she got mad because I told her that it said to give me the discount bacuase that's what it said. She was very rude and she couldn't do anything for me. I understand but as a "manager" she could of be nice and giving give some discount just because that's what your supposed to do.
To be honest here i don't care bout the discount really its the first time doing this. But She as the manager should have better attitude and be polite. It's clear Maria she has no experience her store is looking so unorganized and the prices are wrong! She said is not her fault some body did it wrong but to That's what she is there for to fix the store and give a good service.
