They really need to know how to hire people that likes their job because apparently the one that work today the drive-thru she was rude I don't understand why you can never get a napkin the taco we got looks like it was just throwed together

Did a to go order, asked twice for no sour cream. The young individual who took my order rang it in correctly, however the person who made my order added sour cream. I'm traveling so I let my kids have my food.

I ordered from drive thru at 11:00 am 03/07/23. Fast service and the best food I've had at any taco bell in Arkansas so far. Whatever staff works this shift is the best.

Absolutely horrible service. Food was cold and soggy and worker refused to make it and said that they could put some beef in a container for me.

The young lady who waited on me was so nice and polite. She was so pleasant to talk to and she smiled the entire time. The food was stake but had a good flavor.

Very large drive thru oder Mar 7 2023 10:50am they made the food very quickly and correctly some of the best made taco bell ive seen in 4 years.

Got some cinnamon twists and the package was only half full.. They also tasted disgusting. Burnt? I don't know but it was gross. Bummer

Absolute worst place to try to get food in Trumann. They're beyond rude and then can't even fix your food right. I've been there several times trying to give them another chance but tonight changed all of that. I ordered 3 5 layer burritos with no sour cream got home and they all had sour cream. I called them told them what I had and the lady just kept saying okay over and over. She wouldn't let me speak to a manager claimed she was on break even though I watched the manager go in from her break while I was there. She asked me did I want to come get more made right and I asked her how long it'd be and she just told me she didn't know. It's not hard to do your job and do it correctly. I will never go back there again.
