Took my nephew to get dinner the service was fast but food was cold and tater tot’s not cooked long enough his chicken sandwich looked terrible the food has really changed last few time I have eat there it was my go to place for good hamburger.

My wife and I drove to sonic after a bad experience at the KFC/Taco bell across the street. Service was fast. But I found that the speed of service sacrificed quality of product. I ordered the all American hot dog and it seemed sparse on toppings.

Ordered 2 med milkshakes and it came to $10.00. Maybe I'm old at 65 but I thought that's high so I'll won't go back to any sonic just my opinion.

Usually love this place for my milkshake and ice cream fixes.
However location and service to the customer is key.

I ordered a slush with Nerdz added. They charged me for the candy but didn't include it. This is par for the course at this location.

They can't seem to get our food right during dinner time this isn't the first time it has happened. (SOMEONE WAS CARRYING AROUND A BABY IN THE KITCHEN AREA) and messed up 2 of our orders back to back (we would have had only one order if they would've gotten the first order correct) so we had to place 2 orders!!! Bad experiences, they told me I need to bring the little cheeseburger back that they put in my order to replace the burger meal that I paid for...$15 for a cup of ice, cheese sticks, & a little burger? (it was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger meal) I'm not able to because I can't drive at the moment due to recent surgery and had three little kids that are tired and my burger was cold by the time I got ready to eat it & the manager on duty says is that all you need because I can't do anything for you and I kindly explained why I couldn't & she laughed at the situation, it's ok corporate will take care of it????????

Tried again this week. Ordered a double burger and within 25 seconds I was eating it. It was such fast service that I didn't even have time to slide my card and it was a really good burger. Good job team. Friday November 4 2022 7:36pm

The guy who brought out my food was awesome! Asked how my day was unprompted and honestly seemed to care. Held the conversation just long enough and then wished me a good evening and walked away. Absolutely amazing!
