This store has really improved lately it looks amazing but every time I go in there in the evenings and this sweet Marshallese girl is working, the line is so long because no one comes to help her. I see other employees standing around talking but no one seems to care that she is backed up and stressed. Poor kid. I mean what a good employee, she even walks to work.

Great service. Fantastic, friendly employees. Wonderful fried catfish in hot deli section.
Very clean stores. Has everything a person needs.

This grocery would not sell me a money order that’s under the $20 dollar value! They said to me that they only sell money orders that cost more than $20. What the heck!?

The staff is great, but the store is "dumpy". I always feel like I have to get a tetanus shot after grabbing one of the hand carry baskets. I mean, come on, take them out back and spray them down with a pressure washer and soap.
The vegetables are always on the verge of being rotten.
I have been to the new one in Lowell and that one is spotless. What gives? Doesn't corporate do "surprise visits"?

The staff is predominantly friendly, but they are constantly understaffed, and I've had multiple experiences in the past year buying food that was expired/rotten in the last year.
