Once was the best taco bell I've ever had. Like 5 start every time, but the last couple of months have not been that good. I wish they would return to there opening quality.

I could have sworn I already did a review. I don't generally care for Taco Bell, but this particular one is newer and generally cleaner than a lot of them I'm used to. Service has been decent and the good has been as expected.

Taco bell Sheridan is a joke they think it's funny to mess up someone's order completely after they spend $40 on an order. Got a chicken and steak power bowl and I asked for no beans rice guac or tomato extra lettuce and avocado ranch and they only gave me chicken and steak covered in cheese ???? Malvern taco bell would never. Would've given one but the person in the drive thru was great????❤️

If I could give a 0 star I would. I have had food poisoning from here along with 2 other family members and a friend all at different times. I really hope they change some things in this restaurant before it gets shut down.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because customer service at the window is always good. Other than that Ever since the store has been built the food quality has been junk. Seems like a couple times I’ve gotten old tortillas. And then almost every time I go they get my order wrongOr is when they’re prepping the food it turns out a mess and then I’m more frustrated than I was before I went to get food! Taco Bell in Sheridan you need to do better!!!

The taco bell in Sheridan is the best. Sara really has the right crew there. Definitely a go to for lunch and dinner.

Edit: Taking back a star. Ordered 5 tacos and barely enough meat in them to make 1. No exaggeration! Tried to call and guess who can't answer the phone??? Emailing corporate so they don't wonder why this store is failing.

2 stars for courtesy because the food is pretty good if they ever get your order right. Every time we go something is wrong or missing, even when I instruct them to check it twice. Don't leave until it's right, or be satisfied with an inaccurate order. No sense in the amount of time it takes for it to still be wrong. Hoped for so much better.
