Why even ask if I want any condiments in my sack at the drive thru if you never follow through and place them in the bag before giving it to me?

I just asked for a salt packet. That's it...

And it would be nice to at least have a freshly ASSEMBLED breakfast sandwich. The cheese on mine was hardened. If I wanted a sandwich that'd been sitting for 4 hours in a heating bin, I'd have gone to a gas station... it would certainly have been a better option that the trash you served today.

Been months since I came there. Decided to give another shot. My mistake. Won't be back.

Shout out to Sheridan Dairy Queen! They cook everything fresh at time of order. A Much better option.

Needed a restroom stop but someone was sitting in th women's for 20 min my wife had to ise the men's and only to find out an employee was in there on the phone. Then only to find out the ice cream machine was down... we left

The service was good but the food was not. I got the omelet biscuit, and the omelet didn't have that much meat, and the egg portion was very thin . The hardee big breakfast, the gravy was watery, and biscuits were dry.

The employees were singing and stuff and it was pretty awesome, would come again if I lived around here.
Also, I can hear them saying things in gremlin voices from the bathroom. 10/10.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich was very miniscule, tough and dry. Not worth the price paid. The curly fries were great!

I love Hardee in Sheridan they are always nice food is good and Hot and they are fast and very friendly by far the best fast food restaurant in Sheridan

I used to work at the Sheridan location it has went downhill fast. Went thru there this morning tea was unsweetened handed it back and they very rudely said we only put a certain amount of sugar if that amount is zero sugar then I would rather not.

If you want a “sit-down restaurant” experience at a fast-food establishment, this is your place. You can order your food at Hardee’s, go across the street to Wright’s and order a steak, eat the steak, and still make it back to Hardee’s before they get your order out. Food is ok sometimes, but it’s always slow.

Edit. I want to like you, Hardee’s, but when you burn my burger and then tell me every Sunday night that you’re out of tea because you ran out and didn’t want to make anymore so you wouldn’t waste it… I just wonder how many people ask for tea after you choose not to make it? Probably wouldn’t waste any AND your customers would be happier.
