We have a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that we purchased brand new in 2007. We raised 2 of our kids and made a lot of trips and put a lot of miles on it over the years. We had to make a decision to rebuild the engine or get another vehicle. Charlie Pittman C&A Engine Builders was highly recommended to us by our mechanic that does smaller jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work that Charlie Pittman and his staff did on our vehicle. It runs and drives just like it did the day we bought it new! How do you leave a less then one star. My family and I broke down less than 200 feet from C and A garage. I looked up at there sign and called them. They would not even tow us to them. My brother-in-law and I had to fix it well enough to drive it the 200 feet. They ordered the part and that was the last time they took the time to talk to up we sat there for hours and hours without knowing what's going on I had to run the employees dow in the parking lot to ask them what was going on. And I got the same answer from three different employees. "I have no idea what's going on with your car. I'm not the one working on it" hours and hours went by. We only knew what was going on by looking into the window. They were not at all worried about is at all. I would have wanted to get I towed to Little Rock before going through that mess again. They had no problem charging me for an axle they broke trying to get the other one fixed. Thay put the cost of the new axle in labor that was just under $300.00 alone. Never take you car to Chalie.

The guys at C & A are absolutely amazing! This is truly a family owned and operated business and you can see they have experience and know how. So happy to work with them. They are now my one stop shop for all my auto needs.

I wouldn't reccommend anyone go here. They put things on your vehicle you didn't ask for and then charge you, never give you an exact time of when something will be done and when you finally get that time it never fails, then you get excuses. Took them 4 months to rebuild an engine of mine that they quoted 1 1/2 months. Had to go back for warranty purposes bc the engine was ticking internally, exhaust was not put on correctly, with vacuum leaks all over the carburator. Took them a month exactly to get that done bc they said "IT WASNT MY PRIMARY VEHICLE"? Never has a shop ever told me that so they could think it was okay to put my vehicle on the backburner ? Save the headache GO ELSEWHERE
