I’d like to thank John! He was my waiter and he went above and beyond!! Best service I’ve ever received by far. He was super friendly and just made me wanna tip him as much as I could. Atmosphere was also phenomenal, I witnessed a 15 year anniversary celebration and everyone gave off friendly vibes!! John deserves a raise or promotion!!!

I tried using the app to order food, but since I withheld meat from the order it said contact server. The server brought a drink and didn't stop by the table again. I had to flag her down to order food. Now that was after 30 minutes. Then after another 30 minutes the food finally arrived. Albeit was good, don't eat here if your flight time is within an hour or so. Note to Chili's, create a menu that supports folks that don't consume meat on the App.

I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and the chicken was so over cooked and salty. It was like jerky... "cherkey" if I want to chuckle about it. The lettuce was about all I ate. The waitress was great and everything was clean so that is good, but man I was bummed I wasted my stop to eat and recharge myself on that meal.

What a nightmare. 45 minutes to get an order. You go to ask where you order is multiple times and are given two different answers. Finally, you demand a refund and like some kind of magic, the order is done. They rudely exclaim to you that getting your order is just as fast as getting a refund.

If your flight leaves in an hour; do not order here.

Worst Chili's I've ever been to. By a long shot. What a joke.

I emailed this complaint to Chili's.

I just tried to eat at your Little Rock Airport location. The food was awful and looked even worse. They were out of fajita shells and didn't tell me until my cold food arrived. They are having hour wait times and not telling your customers who are waiting to catch a flight. The poor servers are being beat done by complaining customers.

Definitely, need to figure out a better system and some kind food quality and presentation.

I have attached the receipt and a picture of my untouched meal. Would you eat that?

We had time before our flight so we could enjoy a sit down meal. Prices in proportion to airport food. QR code on table to order, but we used server since we wanted alcohol. 2 of the beers I wanted to try were out. Trying to get the check was a little challenging because our server was so busy.

For an airport Chile's, this was not bad- small menu, but nice. The Buffalo chicken tender sandwich and fries with margarita help a flight go down a little easier. Servers are kind despite the huge client volume and indifference of airline travelers.

Fajitas were cold, but the taste was good. Good seasoning....too bad I had to catch a flight and couldn't wait to have them heat up my plate. Bloody Mary wasn't anything special... Should have went with beer.
