I used to store my boats here. The location and storage units were great and well taken care of. Had an electric gate so there was no chance of people being inside that weren't supposed to be. Had several issues with the owner/operator Terri. She would change the gate code without informing us, causing us to not be able to get our boats or other property a couple of times. She also wouldn't follow her own lease agreement and would raise the monthly rent during the signed lease agreement times. After the 2nd rent increase in the same 1yr lease, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Fully enclosed storage for each individual RV/boat, very secure facility and Teri was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a few special requests that she was able and happy to accommodate, and even sold us a great lock for a very fair price. Highly recommend this spot.

Place is new and has individual stalls with solid sides. Fenced with electric gate. Terri is wonderful to deal with and the storage is convenient to everything. Competitive prices as well. If you want to go to Brady Mtn, you don't even have to get back out on 270...just zip around the back way and you are there. We lucked into this place while it was still being built and got our spot reserved early on.
