I go only when I have no other choice on products, it is such an ordeal. I miss the old design at the registers. They keep trying new things and I give them props for that but the one they have now, is bad. Not sure what the idea was behind it but you are literally forced to walk to one extreme end or the other to get through. There are no "cut throughs" if you need to get to the restroom or anything else up front like customer service. I had to lay all my items down yesterday to make a bee line to the bathroom with my toddler, and it wasn't possible. They have a full length "aisle barrier" that forces you to either end and we almost didn't make it. Because of this, we didn't even go back around to get our merchandise we had to leave behind. Too daunting if you have little ones in tow or are tired. LONG walk with zero access points through the center. Maybe this is to discourage theft, but they have plenty of "eyes" standing around watching you from the registers to the doors, I can't imagine theft is even possible. Would be great to be able to access the salon, customer service and more importantly the restrooms without walking the full length of the store front to do so. I do not shop here when I'm tired or have the kids with me, it's just too much sometimes. We opt for smaller, easier stores that don't make it quite the struggle.

I understand that the clerks have to fill in places where they don't usually work but when they do I expect as a customer to have them do the best they can. We were in the store Saturday when there were two checkout lines open. I don't do self checkout unless absolutely necessary. The lady on the one did not have here light on and people did not know if she was going to break or what was going on. My husband asked her if she was open and she said yes. My husband said well your light wasn't on. She informed him she did not usually work there she worked in self checkout area. Why we needed to know that is beyond me but she never turned on her light therefore people did not know if she was really open or not. Very rude.

Walmart is Walmart no matter which city or town you visit one of their stores in. They were doing a lot of shelf stocking when we were there, so it was tight in a couple of areas, but it was still manageable and we were able to get what we went in for.

I work for Bela Flor and was stationed at this walmart for about 3 months. We are the top store in this market because we take very good care of our plants. The store manager, Tina, has never said a word to me but today she came out and was complaining that our team was not clearing dead shrubs off the tables. Keep in mind these shrubs are walmart products so we can't discount or dispose of these items as we are Bela Flor employees. I try to communicate with her as to where and how she would like us to put those dead plants. I asked if they could wait to speak to my management. She continued to interrupt me and a lead, Jose, said they have his phone number. I asked her if she could speak nicely to me and she yelled "you're done!". She walked into the store and I followed so I could get my manager. But the Two men, Jose and another lead, turned around and blocked me from going to get my manager. (I assume he though I was going to continue to talk to Tina) He threatened that "if you want to work at this store then.." I cut him off because I was feeling very triggered with him being so close and looking agressive. I asked him to allow me to walk. He stood for a moment then went to catch up to Tina who kept walking away. I was then kicked out of working at that store because she said SHE felt disrespected. She was speaking to us like we were sewer rats and then pulled some power move by refusing me to work at the store. This is the top store in the market and we were taking care of everything that we were capable of doing. She also just pulled these plants off the table and left them on the ground?

Have a birthday party tomorrow and sent my hubby for the cake. Im so disappointed that it looks like a.child wrote on it. Will definitely not let my hubby do it again. And will think twice on ordering from them again.

Walmart always has the best products at the best prices, this place is always clean, organized and its cash registers are always ready to pay, you find everything you need in this place, highly recommended

The Siloam Springs Walmart is the worst. The Associates have additides, they are unwilling to help, they seem exasperated when you ask a question, and they appear aloof as if they simply don't care.

Very nice store, very clean and well stocked. It's probably one of the largest Supercenters in the country. Great staff, willing to help. Wish they (Walmart) would go back to 24x7 in this store.
