Good food, great atmosphere, usually try to make a stop for a taco bowl when I'm in town

I eat here often and love the food but there’s one particular waitress that is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered in this line of work. Never smiles, never greets you in a friendly manner, just always gives the appearance that she doesn’t want to be bothered by you. My ticket says Adriana was my server but I’m not sure how accurate it is. I hate giving negative feedback but I’ve also been in restaurant business for the last 25+ years and I’d want to know if one of my employees were consistently like this. Again the food is always very good and the other staff members are pleasant.

Highly recommend. I ordered the Jessie Special.
The order came out quickly for lunch and was a 5 star meal. Service was amazing. It’s a must got for a quick lunch.

Very typical good Mexican restaurant in NWA. The food was good, but not amazing. I got a Steven Special (or their version) and the proportion of steak to rice to cheese was off. I will say that the cheese dip was really good and had a perfect consistency.

The main reason for me removing a star is the service was not great. We were hardly checked on at all. Anytime we wanted a refill of chips or drinks, we had to flag someone down. We were just not checked on during our visit.

was there august 1st and had a seizure at my table and hit my head pretty hard on the floor. and was completely ignored by staff.
not once did an employee make sure i was okay, or ask my boyfriend if he needed anything to ensure that i was okay.

i think there needs to be better safety precautions set in place rather than always worrying about the lunch rush.

If I could give negative stars I would.
I as simply enjoying my meal last night next to a family who I could tell was having some sort of meaningful meal. When their food came out they were shuffling to make space when the server used racial slurs to make comments at the family. LOUD ENOUGH WE COULD HEAR THEM TABLES OVER. my heart shattered at the look at the CHILDREN'S faces when they herd that being said about them. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment. I’m disgusted.

I didn't take a picture this time, but I will fix that soon. I have been coming here for a while now and I order something different each time, and it's all been outstanding. Cannot recommend enough ❤️
