Company is a joke. They give you a chance to pay your bill partially, but instead of going through, it just won't. I turned my water off because of a busted pipe. The service tech came out to make sure the water was off, but instead of saying "It's off!" He turned it back on, then back off, which caused a ton of water to come out of the pipe that I was trying to fix. So now I have to pay $35 extra on my bill since the tech came out, when all he did was make the inside of my walls wet when he turned it on. This should NOT be on me.

Don’t bother sending an email they don’t respond. Emailed them in March and April and still haven’t heard back.

I have been paying my bill online for 4 years, never had a problem with the payment or the payment history. Everyone that I have had to deal with in person or on the phone has been very nice and helpful. Moving from Indiana and dealing with these folks has been a joy in comparison. I receive my bill online and by USPS and the bill has always been accurate.

Absolutely disgusting! Had orange water today, called, the lady didn't know, said it was my house pipes and to replace them. Finally got a hold of a neighbor and he let me know they had a water leak so they had tore up the line to fix it and it was dirt in the lines. Why didn't they inform the office so the office could inform concerned consumers?! And why didn't they put out a notice so people knew to clear their lines before using the water! Downright irresponsible and unprofessional, not to mention potentially dangerous!

Sorry group of people.. sneak up to your house and turn your water off late in the evening so you go all night without water if you forget to pay your bill on time instead of just knocking on the door or calling texting a reminder and getting the money. Rude un-professional greedy back woods hillbillies..

Rude, unconcerned customer service. If there were another option I'd be there. Does not seem right that as the home owner, in good standing that they keep the deposit till service is terminated, quite possibly years.
I will be transferring service from re terminal to owner (me) and still be charged a "connection tion" fee. Really!

Rudest selfish people ever, disconnected my water right at close on the day before Thanksgiving over 50... and refused to work with me, and when I called to talk to someone higher they refused and told me it just wasn't getting turned back on they didn't care... how heartless can you be,, I wouldn't even add one star if I could! Everyone there needs fired!

I don't know what's happening with the water bill there's one person elder lady which is me that live at this address my water bill used to run me 16 little over 16 a month all these years I've been here and now it's a it went from 30 60 and now it's 100 somebody's cheating
