Some guy blocked the whole drivethru by running into a pole with his trailer. The employees were so quick to action, so nice, so helpful. They just wanted to help everybody get their orders and direct traffic, etc. They never acted angry or put out by the inconvenience. They just sought solutions and what could be a frustrating thing ended up being no big deal at all. Grateful to them for that and for this location on having a fully staffed team, not like other locations I've seen running on fumes. Really impressed with the people.

What can I say about McDonald's that hasn't already been said? You know what you are going to get when you go there, usually the only variable is the employees. This particular McDonald's had great service and super friendly employees. I will be stopping by again soon.

Hadn't eaten at a McDonald's in at least a year. Stopped here on the way back from Oklahoma. 3 cars in drive thru, 2 customers inside. Took 15 minutes for a quarter pounder and small ff. This was at about 2pm, definitely not a lunch rush.
When I received food, it was barely warm. ????

We sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes at speaker after we where told just one minute and we noticed 3 cars ordered before we did. This is not the first time this has happened. Took us 33 minutes to go all the way through the line that we were 4th in line.

Very nasty and fly infested with dead’s ones everywhere. Out of everything and the drink machine down. I was told by a employee that the owners could care less about this restaurant and it pretty much stays this way. Very much grossed out and will never be back. Keep in mind they were not busy at this time and could have cleaned this up but I guess they are not too concerned about it.

Not a good experience. No one ever came to the counter nor did I see anyone working. Only one kiosk was operational and was being used by someone. No shakes were available. The customer in line in front of us finally left as did we. Very frustrating and not in keeping with other McDonalds we frequent. 1 star, do not recommend.

This used to be a great McDonald's. But it's gone badly downhill.

Interior is consistently messy. You can't find a clean table, trash cans are full, floor is dirty.

Last few sandwiches I've had were poorly made and barely wrapped.

I am going to be honest on this review of Macdonald in Morrilton! It's a toss-up between what service you get here, sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it's terrible. I have ordered inside and thru the driver-thru, but today tops it! I ordered at 3:47 and didn't get my food until after 4:07! I ordered a 6 piece chicken Nuggets Happy Meal 2 drinks and cheeseburger. I watched them put the cheeseburger in a bag and sit it down for about 10 minutes! The inside of the store was so gross, sticky floor, nasty soda aera, some of the soda wasn't working! I even asked the Customer Service Associate about it, and she told me it's been out since Monday or Tuseday! Thanks for reminding me to put a sign on it! What? A week? Come on! My food was cold, the chesse was not melted! Very disappointing! I will never go there again! Especially since when you pull up to pay and the attendant coughs and hands your card back to you! Yuck, no mask!
