Food was good, service was good but...how many employees wash their hands in this restroom. I am not blaming the employees. The Franchise owner is irresponsible for not taking care of this. I started scrubbing bathrooms, this person needs to get back to the basics and remember that this is a health code violation.

We went through drive through
and was Hot. I waited for awhile for my food. There were best as hell. They finally opened the window and ask me to pull over in #6 and would bring right out. We opened it up and there was no chicken sandwich. Ok I get your bisy but we told them to put cheese and honey mustard only.
Do think they got it right. Hell no

the cashier was kinda rude and rushed me. I ordered the ten piece nuggets and only got 7 nugs.
edit: I came again and ordered the family spicy nugget and just got regular nuggets, my receipt even says spicy. every time I come, my order is wrong

Alright Wendy’s Morrilton is short staffed…probably along with every other Wendy’s. However Josh let me in to dine in the restaurant. Now there were two other “employees” that complained. I would recommend a promotion for Josh…as for the other two entitled employees that probably don’t understand the concept of service regardless…they need a little training.

Food was fresh and good. Took more than 5 minutes for me to be spoken to and order taken and there was no on one ahead of me in line. But the good did come out quickly. The workers were arguing while we were sitting and eating loud enough for the whole dining room to hear. All the trash cans were full and tables were dirty. Several of the flavors were out in the soda machine including sprite and Dr. Pepper. The bathrooms were clean. The man who took my order rang me up for 2 large Frostys but didn't ask what size I wanted.

Oh Dave, those tasty beef patties are so, so yummy. Dave, you would be glad to know that this restaurant is clean and the food and service are very good.
