This is the Sheridan AR location.
It's slowly going down hill.
We have alot of new customers from surrounding cities that have there own Walmart, but choose to come to Sheridan. So it's making it frustrating to go shopping there due to the over crowding and rude people.
More customers is good for business but this store is not big enough to accommodate the new business.
And
This store is slowly weeding out many items and sizes of items, forcing you to buy bigger sizes than I want and different items than I want.

I just hate shopping here now never felt more unsafe then at pine bluff Walmart. If I could it would be 0 stars. Also hate the fact it's all self checkout why have employees if you eont put them to work, they all just stand around talking bad about the customers. They have no respect for anyone. And some customers are worst then the employees. I'd rather go to Sheridan then shop here! Disgusting!

Had an issue in your store in Pine Bluff. Some lady told me the register I was using was for only 5 items, and I told her I didn't see a sign stating that. She didn't agree with a white man objective to her WalMart authority over the registers. Is this the way you train the employees that stand around while the customers do the work? Oh, and your parking lot need some serious attention on cleanup. Maybe the 5 or 6 employees sitting on the shopping carts outside smoking could do this? This will be the last time I shop at this location. I advise all other customers to seek a better, more friendly location

Something needs to be done about the smart mouth people that works in side this Walmart and the ones who work in the back with the electroncs area because they are very rode and if you call back there they hang up on you and make fun of you over the phone. And they want even help you when you go in there. They walk off and ignore people.

Went to Walmart today walked in no shopping carts. All the shopping carts were in the parking lot. Four people 3 over 21 fourth one A.K.A family member Under 21 got denied to buy alcohol because family member wasn’t over 21 and unable to provide I.D. Got told it was Walmart policy everyone had to be 21 to buy alcohol even if you go in to Walmart with a 2 year daughter still will get denied to purchase alcohol because they think parent are irresponsible. The cart situations walked 2 personal were on there phones talking and I said they’re no carts they are all outside. Shopped for 45 minutes come up to Self checkout and personnel were still on there phones. Manager did nothing to fix the issue at hand

7-29-23, 7:30am:
I live relatively close to the Pine Bluff Walmart but shopping there has become aggravating and fruitless. I gathered my items and my cart and proceeded to Self checkout #9 as directed. After scanning all items, $395, the unit would not accept my debit card or cash. I asked an employee for help who said she would find me someone else. A 2nd employee approached to which I explained my issue. She directed me to another self checkout station. As if I was going to unsack , rescan and then sack again. I left the items where they were. Drove 30 miles to Sheridan Walmart and completed my purchases w/o issue. The laziness and rudeness of WM employees in PB border on outright hostility. I won't be back

Finally have baby formula back on the shelves, and this is how the only 3 cans of Nutramigen look today. Why is this even on the shelf? And why can't they be better taken care of in transit and stocking? These are important and this particular kind highly expensive items. Have to write off $150 just from these 3 cans... If someone doesn't decide to buy them bc they're completely out of formula, which I hope nobody does being the risk.

The employees of this Walmart are horrible I am from LA and even in LA they are not this annoying loud they don't know where anything in the store how can that possibly be when you work there least 6 days a week you go to the Walmart you see more employees and managers sitting around gossiping and talking and avoiding work at all costs pathetic and they need to get rid of the self checkouts
