If this is not the worst Arby's it's got to be second. No sauce containers, took 5 mins for some one to turn around and take our order, ketchup was out, no napkins in any of the holders, food left on tables. And no one seems to give a care!

Every experience here is a disaster. Ordering online they are never even remotely close to the schedule pickup time so you just stand around waiting in the lobby. Barry seldom are you acknowledged in a timely manner by any of the employees.

One night I placed an order for dine-in through their app on the way to a sleep study. I get there to get my food and I'm greeted at the door that is locked by an employee leaving telling me that I'll have to go through the drive-thru even though I was within their lobby hours. I ended up wasting about 30 minutes and left without my food. Spoke with the husband of the supposed general manager to no avail. All Arby's did was refund my money and that was it. Even though they wasted over 30 minutes of my time and I ended up not being able to eat before the sleep study, apparently That's just the cost of doing business with this Arby's location.

I would definitely find somewhere else to eat before trying to do business with this location.

My curly fries were broken all up and harder than bricks roast beef not the best. The young man at the window was great. Even though it looked like the manager was complaining to him. Anyway,I recall when this place was so nice clean smelling and everyone was friendly. And there is an oder when you pull up to the drive through...

I waited over 10 minutes to place an order, other people were waiting 20 minutes to get their food after they ordered. I decided to leave that is way too long. Don't go here on your lunch break or you will be late.

By far the worst arbys I've ever been too. Staff was rude as hell, they wouldn't cancel my order or give me a substitution when sold out of the item I wanted. Told me I had to cancel by calling customer service, and them proceeded to give me the wrong number!

Staff was prompt, very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Food was excellent! Atmosphere was warm and inviting! The whole dining experience was amazing! Kudos to everyone there!

Very busy the day we stopped by. When I went inside to order there was no one in line, and no one took the time to acknowledge that i was there, let alone take my order. it took several minutes before anyone bothered to come to the counter, there were several folks behind it just no one stepping up to take an order. All the drive up vehicles seemed to be thier only focus...... once my order was taken things went pretty well till it came to the fries and that was a real bottle neck. They were only dropping single baskets and using them up very quickly then they'd fill & drop another one (there were other baskets available to be used, they just weren't using them).
Once I got my order the fries were only half filled. It looked like a small order in my supposedly large fry box, however what was there was good. My sandwich was excellent also.

Everytime I eat inside it's ok.... Nothing to write home about... However for reasons unknown to me if we go through the drive through it's always better every way...
