My first trip here. We had breakfast. I had short stack with bacon and a side of hash browns. I asked for my bacon and hash browns to be crispy. They actually cooked them perfect!!! Pancakes were
will go back.

Just that great little diner along the state highway! Friendly people, very family feeling. Wanted mine put together a little differently, and they did. Would definitely stop in there again when I'm in the area!

It's a country diner, nuff said. They're as uniform as McDonald's but in a good way. If you want to go where the locals go, this is it.

I was camping by the Round Mountain Trailhead which is the road to Lake Sylvia and I wanted to eat breakfast.

I had whatever the breakfast platter on the menu was. Like 2 eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon etc.

They have daily specials.

I'm sure it was a better deal than a McDonald's big breakfast and tasted better with a better atmosphere of country folk guests teasing each other with friendly quick wit as they walk in the door.

It's pretty big in there for just one main room and wasn't too crowded or loud.

Only tried the Biscuits and gravy...
It definitely may be someone else's preference, but I don't like the greasy, brown tinted gravy and the biscuits were okay.
Maybe the other menu items will be good but I specifically wanted some good biscuits and gravy

Food was amazing kind of high but really good.
Got busy fast so r waitress couldn't keep up with feelings drinks but at the time of checking out she gave us Togo drinks I'm happy for that ????

Nice, quiet (when I was there, just after 1 pm), and the lunch special was good. I hear the breakfast items are what folks go for, but they stop serving breakfast late morning. The service was reasonably quick, and the food carefully prepared.

They were great! 4 of us walked in 30 minutes before they closed. They still took our order, let us eat in peace, and just cleaned around us!! They were so friendly and treated us very well! The food was really good.
They had a sign that said," I kiss better then I cook." My daughter said, then the cook must really be one hell of a kisser! ????????????The food was very good.

We were traveling w a black male. Everyone is entitled to their own view. This is not the place for black travelers. The food we received, really bad, was indicative of their unhappiness with us..
