Zaxby's zalads are the best! At least when they are fresh. I am not sure if it's a coincidence or normal but I ordered one later in the evening and it was of horrible quality. I received excellent quality the many other times I ordered earlier in the day. These are pictures showing the poor quality, including wilted and bad lettuce and mushy tomatoes. There are also ingredients missing.

People were friendly. Food was terrible.

Picture yourself on a beach eating burgers, now picture those getting dunked in the ocean, yes, that kind of salty. Pictures I'm going to post with this will show just how much seasoning was on the fries. The rest of the food was just as salty. $70.00 down the drain. If they get that taken care it will be worth going back to try again.
The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food, even though there was no one ahead of us and the restaurant was nearly empty—and we were offered no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. The food was warm, so there’s that, I supppse…also, restaurant could have used some attention. Wall at our booth had something splattered up it, and several tables needed to be wiped off.

Ordered some boneless wings bbq in the drive through and the wings weren’t cooked fully. It took them 20 seconds to give it to me so thats a plus but the wings tasted dry with a lot of sauce and wasn’t warm.

Excellent customer service. Speedy service. Great food. Loved the fried pickles and club salad!

The crew at night was really cool about me ordering right before they closed .. your work doesn't go unnoticed guys and gals of zaxbys.

It took quite awhile to get our order. The man who took the order explained they had some call-ins so they were a bit behind. But the food was excellent as always. And we didn't really mind the wait, since he let us know ahead of time.

Friendly staff, food was very good and the sauces were awesome, I really enjoyed my meal.
