Food was poorly made! we order spicy potato soft taco and potato are rock solid
Never order again at this place
Always this Taco Bell mastup my order I spent $30
And on maxican pizza they didn’t even spread the beans i told the guy but he put it in middle also the maxican pizza cells taste nasty looks like they frying in same oil repeately and made it so nasty

Check your bag before you leave, they forgot my vulcano sauce. What sucked was, the spicy cheese sauce was the whole reason I went in the first place. So I had to go all the way back across town to get it. I'm happy they didn't double charge me at least. ^^'

Had no idea this place had changed to some goofy ordering system.
No idea how this even works...waited 10 min up front for a worker to acknowledge my existence.
No one ever did....
We just turned around ,walked out , and took our business elsewhere.
Wonder how much other business they've lost over these do it yourself
Contraptions instead of customer service?
We certainly will not go back there.

EXTREMELY Sub-Par Service from this specific location. I have ordered food on multiple occasions through different delivery services and have been told, "If you would like a refund. You are going to have to come into the store and get it. That all we're willing to do." They persisted with this answer and refused to make any sort of accommodation or reorder of the food that was either messed up (I.e. had ingredients I was EXTREMELY allergic too) or never even delivered. I'd highly recommend not going to this location if you value customer service and having food that is properly prepared.

I'm only rating 3 stars because of the morning shift. I've rarely gotten a messed up order in the morning, but for dinner it's always messed up. For example, tonight on my order, I literally only got 1 part of my order and it was wrong. My families orders were fine. But i was missing 2 whole burritos and a 2 peice cinnamon delights. Every single time, something is messed up on my meal without fail.

I would usually give the service 3 stars,as it seems like everytime I would go through the drive thru,my order would be incorrect. Now,the last few weeks they have nailed it!! The service is terrific and the food has been outstanding! Great work guys.

We decided to give Taco Bell another try because we’ve had so many bad experiences here, and once again disappointed. Our order was messed up, very little beef in my burrito and , food was cold. More than likely won’t be eating here anymore.

Consistently runs out of breakfast before 11 every single day. Lazy employees every weekend, the weekends are the worst. Can’t stand this location it’s really sad what this location has turned into.
