We have been regular customers of Taco Bell/KFC ever since it opened. The food is delicious & the service is awesome. If you are in a hurry, just go through drive thru. But if you have Xtra time, dine in. It's clean and bathrooms are too. Senior citizen discount.

Cheesy bean and rice burrito was spicy and not labeled jfyi it comes with spicy jalapeño sauce and nacho cheese sauce which neither of which is listed and my fiance is highly bothered by spices due to her not having a gall bladder

I just wanted to say I met an amazing person named Luke at the drive through window tonight in Ozark, driving through on our way from California to our new home in Tennessee. If you can be anything in life be kind and sweet..like Luke. It was my birthday and that was the Friendlest face I'd seen all day! P.s. thanks for the frys.

I'm not gonna slam these folks because their customer service was pretty good (the lady greeted me very nicely). & during these Covid-19 times I don't return my food nor am I gonna really go back & complain because 1.) I don't want a remake & 2.) I don't want to fuss (not saying they would've, but you just never know these days) with anyone why I should get a refund. I just know next time not to spend my money there. You can see for yourself the meat is raw. I drive for a living & shprs or rcvrs don't want to hear why you were late, that's why I check my food. I didn't get to eat any of the wings because the first 3 I bite into were all raw. No need to continue. Sad, because I was looking forward to eating some good KFC BBQ wings. However, I also ordered a 3 piece meal which came out good. Hit on 1 meal but a miss on the other. 50/50

21 minutes, at 6:15pm. Wow, that took way too long!

The service was painfully slow, and they weren't really that busy! I ordered chicken strips, fries, and a Taco - $12... and yet it still took way too long. The fries were Bakr overcooked. The chicken strips lacked the requested sauces. But hey, the crispy taco was done right.

The staff did throw in a few cookies to apologize for my long wait, which was a nice gesture. But during a 3 hour drive home after a long day, a 20+ minute delay wasn't in my schedule.

There were a handful of families eating (well, waiting to eat) and they were really friendly!

Well if they would listen a little better and sometimes I know it's hard to hear but I kill my truck an talk as loudly as I believe needs to be( I have a deep voice in which carries so how they don't hear me clearly I don't understand). Not employees fault most likely, probable something to do with their p.a. system ( headset, speakers). And I was in drive through each time I ordered there.

Rude and the food always cold. Took 30 mins to bring 2 bean burritos and 30 mins before anyone took the order
