I have never been to a Taco Bell who always runs out of meat or they are on a 30 minute break.???? The food is thrown together like they don't care about the food nor the customer. But, the last time I went the customer service has been a lot better and the food. I hope they continue to get better because in California Taco Bell was my favorite. Moving here and trying their Taco Bell was a disappointment. Please change out the grease ????

Well, don’t go after dark. My boyfriend and I ordered on the app from home because with the drive it would give them around 20 minutes to complete the order. We pulled up to the speaker and sat for 5 minutes with no answer. I got online to make sure they were still open, they were. We pulled around to the window in hopes we could see someone and maybe make for certain they were still open as we had already paid for our meal through the mobile app. We sat there and waited not seeing anyone in sight. I looked up their number and proceeded to call the store. Finally a lady approached the window and told us to pull around to the double door. She then yelled out the window to say they didn’t have some things. We backed up just for her to tell us that the store was closing (it’s 12:30 they don’t close until 2) and that they couldn’t make potatoes and they didn’t have guacamole. We pulled around front where we WATCHED them just begin to make our food on an order that was placed 20 minutes ago. This is the the second time we have come just for them to tell us they didn’t have or couldn’t make something. The first time it happened we went to McDonalds to get food where we told them about our problem. The McDonald’s employees laughed and said, “they say they’re out of stuff close to closing time to get out of work”. Not to mention the employees look like they hate their life and would rather die than be serving you your food.

We have given this Taco Bell a few chances so this review isn't based on one time. If you order stuff that isn't cooked in their oil then it's fine, but anything cooked in their oil is disgusting. Definitely needs to be changed out (maybe just our luck but we tried fried twice). Another time we went and were missing burritos. The third and final was when the kids had won coupons for a free dorito Loco taco. The person told us she couldn't use the coupons and we need to drive through and reorder. Made no sense. We do it and go to order again and then another lady told us to just pull up and she can process the coupons instead of us ordering again. Just seemed like a joke to mess with us, have no clue what was going on.

Do not recommend.. food is dry and has no flavor ordered a lemonade and they gave me a fruit punch.. ordered a quesadilla and basically just got tortilla! Never going there again!

Last two times I've been here there a food in my order that tasted like cleaner. First cinnamon twists, then a locos taco. Not sure if intentional or an accident, but either way sniff your food real good before you eat it.
