Great food, awesome service. Restaurant was recently renovated. Employees greeted with a smile and seemed to happy to be at work.

Customer service was awesome, the food was great. I don't know what it is, but McDonald's here is better than California ????????u200d♀️ here the burgers are juicy in Arkansas.

Went in for ice cream and guess what? Yep the machine was down. All that remodeling and still no reliable ice cream machine

They never get the order right!! Some burgers have plenty of ketchup and mustard but they have a problem slapping them together. I have personally never gotten a fry there that wasn't limp and greasy. There are three employees I wish worked all the time and they are all on day shift!! Love the boy at the window that spins coke holders!! He's amazing!!!!

They just told me because of there corporate policy they can't add to my order. Terrible customer experience. They are only worried about there self. I asked if I could just pull up and said corporate policy. I was told corporate policy 4 times with no solution. People were nice enough. The new person at window was nice. Mcds is a franchise and the owner is specifically making this decision . This is a very small town and need to be changed. There is nothing corporate here. I'll wait for solution

The employees at the drive thru at Nashville McDonalds are always so friendly! My order is always fresh here and always right.

Place was very clean,,and all the servers were very friendly and helpful,, it's sad that only Sr people were working there, younger people can learn alot from them

When the supervisor leaves, employees are disgusting, don't wash their hands in between touching the cash register or on their cellphones. Franchise owner Celia Montgomery says she addresses issues but I have yet to see, so until then my rating will not change. Disgusting employee behavior so lucky they didn't touch my hand trying to take a receipt out of my hands.
