This place is amazing!! I have lived here my whole life and never knew it was here. Their inventory is unbelievable. Will make the drive anytime!!

Looks like a nice place with a relatively good selection of plants. We were there for an hour and were never acknowledged. There was one other couple there and the only person working was with them the entire time. We picked out a couple of items and carried them to where they were to pay and he never even spoke to us. We ended up leaving empty handed after driving 20 miles to get there. Will not be back.

If you want TERRIBLE customer service -this is your place! We were there almost an hour & never once even acknowledged. Finally went into the office to ask for assistance & they sent Fernando - who doesn’t speak ANY English!
We told the owner why we were leaving & he never apologized or asked if he could help us. Acknowledging customers goes a long way - we will never go back!

Amazing selection and great prices. Numerous trees in pots that could be used as Christmas trees and planted after the holiday. Mason was very friendly and helpful. He asked what we wanted and took us out to see what they had. He then helped get the tree in our car. Overall, we had a great experience and strongly recommend anyone looking for plants or trees in the Vilonia and Conway, AR, area, to check out Custom Landscaping and Nursery.

I visited the nursery last weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. They have 80 acres of land filled with a large variety of trees, plants, and shrubs. Bill drove us all around the nursery and was very knowledgeable about the names of plants, best environment to grow in, and how big various plants/trees grow. Great prices, great service. Will be back!

I was visiting a friend in Arkansas from Texas and she took me to this FABULOUS nursery. They had so much to choose from with really good prices. If I had more room in my car I would have bought alot more plants. My friend bought some beautiful Gardenias that really made her front yard pop. Thank you for all your help!

Custom Nursery was pleasant and the employees were very friendly and helpful but I bought about 25 plants (employee picked them out for me) and when got home to plant they were all VERY root bound. 3 of the plant never even tried to live. Thought since paying premium price I would get quality plants.
