Stopped hereafter church, as it seemed to be the only place open, after getting out of a late service. All the lights were on, the sign said open, & a male employee was walking in as we were getting my disabled mother out of the car. We did not get her wheelchair out since we were parked right in front of the door. We held her and assisted her inside. The employees watched and waited until we got her inside, THEN told us they were closed! The young male employee could have told us BEFORE he went inside they were closed. Will never return to this place again! Rude and inconsiderate employees!

Just picked up my pizza wrap. Says it's hot out of the oven. Wasn't even warm. It was cold and shredded cheese unmelted. Never touched an oven or microwave. Sad. Ripping customers off. If you want give what we pay for don't charge full price. Shut this store down already.

Their toaster is down, but they will still gladly charge you full price for untoasted bread. This owner obviously is treating this chain like a regular chain restaurant, they know their other stores will make money while this one suffers a bit so no rush on replacing equipment that keeps going down. Literally go anywhere else.

I love subway always have… but I’m sorry the gals in there aren’t very friendly an I felt rushed. Customer service shouldn’t be like that.

I live in the general Vilonia area, so I frequent this Subway. Probably about once a week I stop by to grab a meal for my family. They are kind of stern about what they considered a portion of meat, but every time they are very friendly, and are willing to go out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the way they prepare my food.
There was one time recently that I got bad service, one employee had a very sour attitude, but not even three hours had passed before the manager contacted me personally to make amends and fix the problem. It proves that they care about the feelings and opinions of their customers. If I could put an exact decimal on my rating, I would give it a 4.5.

The young girl who was working wad very rude took 10 mins before i said arnt you gonna say hello or welcome to subway she still wouldnt say a word finshed making her 3 subs and pizza then adked me what i wanted still very rude calling corporate today I've never caught a corporate office before that's how bad that service was

Subway is a truly adequate restaurant if you want something to eat that can be made in about two minutes in front of your face. If you use the app, or doordash or something like that, you miss the whole thing of making it how you want and seeing the proportions they put on, prior to you eating it. I, personally, find it really convenient and would recommend, the Tuna Sub, on white bread with provolone cheese, olives, lettuce, and mustard (toasted). It sounds like a freaky pregnancy craving dish, but it really hits the spot, and I, find it good to eat.

Good service most of the time. Employees suffer subway syndrome during rushes. Lettuce is over prepped I think, it looked oxidated (a little pinkish or brown.) I have no complaints aside from the lettuce. Keep up the great work. Prep the lettuce as needed instead of guessing how much you need every morning. It only takes seconds to do. The store is clean, and so are the employees I've grown accustomed to. This is a great subway, and that's coming from a two time corporate subway manager.
