A very nice Popeye's Chicken location. The food was nice and hot and freshly prepared. It's nice to go into a place and get food that hasn't sat under the warmer for a long time. This restaurant was I was there during lunch time which meant they were pretty busy but the dining area was very clean. The service was excellent. Amazing how quick they are able to get an order ready. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever. I live 35 to 40 minutes away from the store. I order the Cajun fries and spicy chicken sandwich an they gave me fried shrimp instead. Whoever is the manager needs to start teaching their employees to check the food before it goes out the window. Never eating there again. The manager of the store decided to hang up on me cause I didn't get the correct food an said was gonna right my name in a book. Said there's allergey warning on the door and drive thru window so did some digging an guess what there's no sign saying anything about food allergies. Contacted corporate.

After five minutes waiting at the drive thru, we waited another five at the window (we were one of two cars). After waiting so long, we made the mistake of not checking our order (due to three upset, hungry kids). They messed our drinks, gave us barbecue and spicy sauce when asked for ranch, and gave my husband the wrong sandwich.

Drive thru lady was RUDE. I told her in plain English what I wanted 3 times and she got my order wrong all 3 times. And then had an attitude with me for telling her the 3rd time it was wrong! Left, decided to go back and go inside to see a manager. No manager ever showed. After standing in front for 10 minutes waiting, I left again. Place was empty, no reason for this kind of service. Won't ever go back!

Traveling. Decided we wanted chicken. Get here at 8 pm to be told lobby is closed. Sign clearly says lobby closes at 9 pm. They said we could still do drive-thru. If we wanted to eat in the car we wouldn't have gone inside

I ordered red beans and rice and all I got was 1/2 a bowel. I brought that to the attention of the manager and all she would do is show me the scoops they use. I said fine then your scoops weren’t full. She was not willing to do anything. This person has no business being a manager. She didn’t even attempt to defuse the situation or make the customer leave happy. This location is entirely about their bottom line and NOTHING about customer satisfaction! She is a poor excuse for management and ownership should take notice. What a way to lose a customer, over a half a bowel of beans and rice. If you have a complaint at this location rest assured that management will do nothing to help you.

Popeye's has one of THE best chicken sandwiches! The cinnamon apple pie is awesome too. This Popeye's is always great for fast, accurate service. The staff is always friendly.

Sat in drive thru 30 mins. Once truck in front of me finally received his order I pulled up to window. The gal in window turned her huge back to window and was eating something. After 10 mins I drove off. I will never spend a dime in Popeyes chicken again. For a 1/4th of the price I can cook my own chicken sandwiches with sides. Don't waste your time at this place!
