I came in and was noticed 3 different times by employees. Never greeted, just cut eyes towards me and back to work they went. After seeing all the flies and dirty restaurant, I decided to leave. I was a bit leary about the emptiness of the place when they should be busy and I now know why. Good luck running a business this way.

Waited in line to order over 5 minutes. Finally went inside to place order for a Frosty. 3 young men were at the window, visiting and doing generally nothing. No wonder I was asked to "hang on a few minutes" to order. I was apparently interrupting their "me" time. In addition, the lady that finally Waited on me wasn't the most friendly person.

Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes only because I placed a mobile order before I knew the messed up manager with the butterflies on her arm was their. Every single time she’s at work it’s always a long wait and she really could use an attitude adjustment.

Quick and everything was fresh! Burger put together nicely and not just a slop tossed together like many fast food restaurants tend to do.

So we go in and order our food. At this point everything was okay. Get our drinks. Over to the fancy drink machine, no ice. Go back to the front counter. Ask for ice. They didn't know the drink machine did not have any ice even though the previous customer had to come back and get ice. Back to the drink machine. That's when I noticed how nasty it was. See the picture. More than half of the drink flavors were out. Received our order sat down to eat. Ketchup pump Ran out Didn't have any more and they didn't have any salt.
Overall, not a very good experience

Wendys in Monticello is always in between good and mediocre. They used to be really good a few years ago but they've had a huge decline since.

I give 5 stars because the service is good. From time I make order and receive food is less than 5 minutes. The food quality has declined over past few years. But for fast food it's ok.

Really enjoy Wendy’s, but there restaurant needs to be updated and staff expanded
