Cool diner. Three of us in party, ordered the fried mushrooms, a catfish plate, philly cheese steak sub and the 4-patty bacon cheeseburger (I forget the name on the menu but it was some blend of "Wade's" and "Razorback"). The mushrooms were very tasty and the "large" order was a hearty appetizer for 3. My wife said the fish was nothing special. My daughter enjoyed the philly. I ordered the burger thinking the patties would be tiny, little skimpy things. Nope! I think each patty was 1/4 LB! It was a really good burger, but impossible to finish in one sitting. My leftovers fed me again later in the evening. Other reviews complain about the length of time to receive food, we got our order in 15-20 minutes (?), but everything was hot and freshly cooked, so you expect that to take a bit longer than a fast food joint. Nice folks, cool place, will go back again (and order a much smaller sandwich!).

Had grilled chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. Subbed a strawberry shake. Not busy but took 15 minutes to get meal. Sandwich was good on Texas toast. Onion rings were hand battered, hot and crispy. Shake was great. 60s atmosphere.

The food here is basic. There’s nothing special about this place or the taste. Its almost like it was about to really be good but something is missing in a major way. I wouldn’t say it was nasty but it just wasn’t good either. The prices are too high for what you get and the wait is way ridiculous. Its too long for the mediocre food and service. Came here once passing through Magnolia and I can say, we certainly wouldn’t come back to be honest. We waited over 30minutes. They weren’t even that busy and they still didn’t have all of our order right. The toast was the best part of the burger but the burger was sloppy and soggy for no reason. Really overdone. The flavored shakes were not blended well at all. They were very very gritty. The fries were o……k like everything else. Nothing special.

Food was so good and it’s looks like the home-made food at the roadside. It’s not expensive though i feel expensive but you get the heavy food. I ordered fish burger with mixed milkshake with chocolate and strawberry and French fries. So overall I spent $18 for all those things. So I think this is worth it and just good for all day. Finally, I got one home-made restaurant in Magnolia.

This place is what small town Arkansas is all about. Good ol' fashioned drive up sit in your car and eat place. Food was fantastic. Double bacon Wade's burger? Yes please. Large hot delcious french fries? Don't mind if I do. GOLDEN vanilla ice cream cone? But of course! And the little cashier was super friendly too and put up with all my dad jokes with a smile. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

One of the best places in dragnolia to get a really great hamburger, some french fries, a large sweet tea, and a vanilla ice cream cone. Or any food for that matter. I hate it that the east store closed. It was always busy. After they proved that they was able to hold their own against the local competition. I was kinda hoping he would open a store in union and Ouachita counties. But i guess they wanted to go back to basics. Go back to where it all started. Why it closed i reckon ill never know. Surly they didn't have financial or management issues. Or use COVID 19 as an excuse. But thank goodness the west store opened back up.

Wades is a favorite of mine when I'm in town. I hate they closed the East Main location, they had longer hours. But worth the drive across town. Short hours M-F 10:30-3:00. Onion Rings are wonderful.
