The shakes and drinks were delightful, but the person (he/she) taking my order made it difficult for me to communicate properly. Despite repeating my order four times, they still managed to get it wrong. It would be better if humans, not aliens, handled customer orders.

The service was bad. Went through the drive through and they just did not have their listen ears on so the order was all messed up.

Only got sundaes, but the employee (actually a manager) handed them over with ice cream and caramel all over the outside of the cups. Very messy. Update to the sundae, tonight we stopped by to grab a quick bite. The employees were more busy playing that fixing the food.

For a simple yummy ice cream treat. They make the largest best ice cream cones. Simple delight. Sure, wish other McDonald's would follow the example of the one in Magnolia Arkansas!

Second time in a couple of weeks buying vanilla iced coffee (two different locations). Coffee tastes burned! I don’t know what’s gone wrong but please fix it! Thanks!
