This place is absolutely disgusting. I worked there for 7 months and HAD to leave. The things I witnessed there are GROSS to say the least and I have physical proof to support evidence of my claim. I’m surprised that OSHA hasn’t had that placed closed permanently because they don’t even mind selling EXPIRED chicken to the public which I also have proof of. Very toxic and immature environment. I’d rather go to a Cabot or Beebe location. This location is a JOKE!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Stopped going about a year ago because they were awful. Always taking forever to
Get your food out or getting the order wrong or just being rude. I went to the drive thru last night and ordered 2 of the 5 layer beefy burritos and I got 2 soft tacos and the tacos were wrapped in a bigger tortilla shell. I tried calling a couple times after I saw what they gave me and no answer. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. I would give this a zero rating if I could.

I ordered a taco supreme, I received a regular taco. Also, this was the first time to try a crunch wrap, I was very sloppily put together. Iy also needed more sour cream.

Don't go here go to another taco bell/kfc in cabot or beebe, they are often out of food including chicken on the KFC side, or they just cannot take orders, if you do get food it will often be wrong and good luck getting it fixed they don't care.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! Terrible service, crunchy tacos tasted like chemicals. Something needs to be done. We give them a chance about every 6 months and it never gets better. This was the worst one yet. We will continue to go to Jacksonville instead.

Kind of a weird experience.

We pull up to the window and a worker seemingly hiding in the bushes pops up from behind my car and randomly asks if there's a family in the car. I said no it's just the two of us. And then she asked if we wanted the family meal from KFC (which you can also order from the same drive thru). I said no we want taco bell.

She leaves, we order, and she ends up being the same person who takes our money and gives us the food. Strange!

The food was fine. But it took a while longer to be ready than other Taco Bell's we've been to.
