The tots were warm and crispy.✅

The route 44 Cherry, Lime Vanilla Dr. Pepper was extremely sweet with way too much cherry juice and had no taste of lime. ????
There was however about a quarter of a piece of lime in the bottom of the drink. Since when does Sonic start quartering limes and lemons? A quarter a piece of lime is not enough to flavor the drink.

The Large Diet Cherry Limeade was made the same way.????

The toaster bacon sandwich???? was absolutely disgusting. The meat on the sandwich was cold and must have been freezer burnt or something. )
The meat tasted absolutely terrible I like maybe it was freezer burned? The color of the meat tasted as a gray color.dry.

The lettuce on the burger was not good nor was the tomato.

(I took a few bites and ended up spitting it back in the sack and throwing it in trash. The bacon on the sandwich was not even good.)

The car hop told me that she specifically put my ketchup in the bag.The ketchup was in the bag but it was covered and some type of sauce and the packages were dirty and sticky.????

I travel all over and this is not the style of food that I'm accustomed to from Sonic. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Sonic regarding food and dr

What I was served last night should have gone straight to the trash rather than actually being served.

What has happened to Sonic? I'm not sure what's going on here, but someone might definitely want to talk to the manager regarding this location. Things may be happening unannounced to them.

If I was the owner I would definitely be concerned regarding what's happening or not happening here.

The service today was fast and friendly
Today's order consisted of a route 44 cherry vanilla dr. Pepper.
It also consisted of a large cherry limeade slush and a 5 piece chicken strips.

Their drinks were perfectly mixed and the chicken strips were cooked well and tasted good.

Today's experience was Sonic was fast and efficient and the drinks were made perfectly!

This is a great improvement over what I've seen of the previous weeks at this location.

Great Job Sonic Staff!!!!!!!

It was closing time and we were in the drive thru. My foot long was ok I guess. Who knows how what the heck the route 44 shake was or ice coffee and mocha something. I like it but I am not the one who ordered it. It was kinda pushed off on us ????.

While the customer service was good, the food was terrible.

We ordered a double cheeseburger and breakfast burrito. The burger order was incorrect and the burrito was Lukewarm. The burger came out with one patty, the tater tots were fresh but so salty I couldn’t eat them. My burrito was not full, #1, and then it was not even warm.

I’m not expecting this to be a gourmet meal - I understand it is fast food. But It is expensive food. And I don’t have a way to be compensated for the terrible food if I can’t eat it - which sadly happens more often than not.

The Lady with the red hair and wearing a black Shirt today needs to be taught some customer service skills. She is extremely rude and that goes without saying God Forbid you ask for a couple tomatoes to put on your burgers , I always tip and tip well every time I go through and even in the drive through but when they ask you after you have paid for your order and have about $8.00
Coming back if you need your change , then that somewhat makes me question their Integrity for sure . Although thought lot is clean and the playground maintained , the Manager their really needs help in learning how to treat people especially customers (Pathetic)

The workers here are great, they run your food out to your vehicle you will not sit more than 5 min waiting on your order.

Went to Sonic at 6:25 pm. Their lights are on, no closed signs up, and no one took our order. When we drove to the window it was stated they were closed during normal hours. We didn't ask for an explanation but clearly the staff member was frustrated to explain they were closed without any signs out.

you know, i grew up here and i go to school in lonoke and i’ve basically known the high school workers my whole life. i am not perfect but i also do not disrespect my peers in public. tonight was the worst service i could’ve have possibly ever gotten and i’m sorry for the other two people that were working there with the young man that threw ice in my window before i received my drinks at the drive through. judging the events that led up the incident, i assume this was planned but considering the remorse the younger girl had as she handed me my drinks, i will let her and the taller young man slide. but as for the other shorter young man, please remember this phrase as you move through-out life “you are free to choose what you, but you are not from the consequences.” please consider yourself lucky i do not take further action and potentially DESTROY your future. i hope that you learn from this and realize that if i were any other person , you would be sorry. i will not say any names, because they know who they are.
