Ordered a spicy chicken wrap, when we took a bite it was hard. It seems like they leave the food sitting there for HOURS. We were hungry and extremely dissatisfied with the food.

Food doesn't have much taste. Most people seemed to like wrapper sandwiches better. Food prices are a little bit too high. You may get your food less than 10 minutes.

They get extra slow during lunch time! but that's the only real problem. It has the same good and bad for every big chain. Well they not extra slow they super slow. Warning avoid this bk at lunch at all costs, I'd rather go hungry than wait 30+ minutes!

One of the worst fast food restarurants I've visited. The service is always slow, at times being a 25-30 minute wait. The prices on the drive through menu board doesn't reflect the actual prices. The employees are some of the most unfriendly I've encountered. They seem put out to take your order or answer a question. I've gotten several orders with food missing, once I even brought 3 kids meals home containing toys and napkins only.
I would hope to get better service, food, and correct represented prices, especically on a Military installation.

I don't think we've ever had a good experience here. The staff aren't friendly and sound upset they have to be at work (no one forced you to work here). The food is usually cold, the burgers are dry and fries are stale. Today, probably the last time we will ever order at this location, we waited for 16 minutes for cold burgers and cold fries. Mind you there weren't any other customers when we pulled up and nothing about the order was difficult and no one warned us the broiler was "down", I am sure she meant they turned it off prior to closing. I would have rather tossed that money into the trash than spend it on the food we got.

Honestly this Burger King is the worst around. I work night shift and I live on the base. When I get off work and try to swing by there just to grab breakfast (because I typically don't eat at work) they are closed still when there sign says they are open. The service is slow and the customer service is trash. I don't want to leave base just to grab some food before I go to bed. The one thing that really bugs me is how they say they open at 6:30 but when I go there at 7 they aren't even open. I'm honestly surprised this Burger King is still in operation

It was a 35 minute wait for our food, after I paid for it.
Only two people were working, a third person came in from a break and appeared to be lost. The cashier was working the front , the window and taking orders out to the cars and never washed his hands once when returning.
People were coming in from the drive through asking for their food. Some people who were standing in line just walked out.
The food was good, but I watched my Veggie burger be microwaved. Had I known that's it was prepared, I would have had a Whopper. Most of the times I've been there in the past there weren't many people there, now I know why.
It was so disappointing. Not once were we told sorry for the wait, or offered a free item to make it worth the wait. I love Burger King. But do not recommend this one to a one.

Hand an awesome drive through experience. Mr. Paul provided the best customer service I have ever received from Burger King.
