The personnel (Military Police) are always professional. I had to obtain a pass when I was helping doing construction work on a building at the base for a temp agency.
Never had an issue receiving a "visitors" pass to obtain entry on the base to work. RESPECT is key! I would see many constituents trying to obtain a pass, but didn't have the required essentials necessary to obtain a pass. Some (constituents) would get an attitude if they didn't have their required information and were denied entry. I would be thinking to myself..if you cooperate with them.. I'm sure they'd be more obliged to further assist you if you didn't have such an attitude.
Yeah, so all that to say I appreciate ALL the hard work those service men and WOMEN did ( and are still doing) for this country.
Thank you to ALL service members at the JAFB as well as other AFB around the country for your commitment and the dedication you contributed to serving our country.

Love the base. My dad retired here and the base has a lot to offer. I took my grandkids to show the planes displayed that my dad worked on so many years ago.. Loved it, brought back wonderful memories.

Theirs no signs posted as to what you need to get on the base. I was told I needed a sponsor although I am ex military and work for the government.

Professional atmosphere. We do construction on base. If you are a gonna be getting a guest pass make sure you have no warrants and for the love of God don't bring your weed with you! I have had so many guys I've got in to do work that has went to jail right there at the gate even after I've told them don't try it if u have warrants ndtheycan nd so.etimes search vehicles smh don't be stupid!

Attended Thunder Over The Rock here, great airshow! Great facility and for having 150K + visitors the airmen and soldiers on base were very efficient with traffic and security.

Top of the line. The Air Force really knows how to keep things together. Very nice facility and I got a chance to go inside the commissary and the PX
