I just moved out of Lincoln water department service, but for the time I had them I was very pleased with the service. The customer service was amazing they always called for possible leaks when my water usage was unusually high. The staff always communicated very well and professionally. I pray the water company in the area i live is as amazing as Lincoln! Thank you!

This water department is 100% fraudulent. I’m prepared to pay my bills every single month. I never received ANYTHING from this place and then they shut me off and made me pay a late fee and a $80 reconnect fee. They did not care about my side of the story and they just told me to take it up with the post office. Rhonda is very rude and doesn’t care about anything a customer has to say. She just doesn’t care. I love Lincoln and everyone else out here does too and the 1 thing that no one out here likes is the water department. It’s time to do something about it.

Overpriced and terrible trash service as part of the bundle utility. Awful...I'll take a burn pile and a well if this is what you get for over 120$ a month

We just moved to Lincoln. If I would have known how horrible this town was and the rude people and even worse water department! So rude and in a hurry to get off the phone. I never received a bill and was charged a late fee! If I could leave a Zero I would have because this is the worse service I have ever seen in my life from all over this town. I will not do business unless I have no choice like this water department. ????

Anyone else had issues with some of their drivers? I had one clip my driver side mirror today while he was driving down the middle of the road and then blamed me for pulling out in front of him while I was making a right turn onto beane street. He said it was my fault for pulling out in front of him.

I'd rate 0 if i could. Two years of mishaps and misbillings and im glad I'm moving. Also, make sure you REALLY explain what date you want your water disconnected, or they'll disconnect it on a friday evening two weeks before and leave you with no water over the weekend.

Just make sure you take pictures of what your meter actually reads so they don't try to rip you off. They have a convenient habit of adding an extra zero to your gallons usage.

Another $258 bill. How can they read your meter accurately when they don't get out of their vehicle. We do not have a new meter and if we complain they'll reread the meter and adjust the bill. Its ridiculous to go through this each month. They are the only thing I hate about this town.
