Best bread I have ever eaten, even better than the bread from world famous bakeries I tried in France. My favorites are the Olive, Blueberry, and Cranberry breads.

This location is their wood fired brick oven bread baking facility where you can watch them bake and you can only purchase their bread and a few limited products. The main facility is just out of town on the highway and has pastries and other products.

I know many people that have managed or worked here over the years so I know it's history and have seen "behind the scenes"

Lynnwood was a key person in setting up the recipes, cooking methods, and sourcing ingredients they still use but he retired. He apprenticed at a world recognized baking/pastry training facility in Europe. The ingredients used are all top quality and some are imported the same place used during Lynnwood's apprenticeship. The ingredients and prep/baking methods are the secret to their quality you won't find from any mass produced product purchased from a grocery store or even at the health food store.

I came for the chefs choice lunch. Excellent quality and piping hot. Potato leek was homemade and yummy and the focaccia was A+. The creme brulee are to die for. Awesome service from dedicated caring staff, only looking to cater their clients needs.

There were two loaves of bread displayed and no menu. I don't know who runs this place but it needs a manager who is customer centric, which is where local revenue is generated...

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from our anniversary trip. I wasn't thrilled to be stopping in, but my wife was excited about it. I expected the typical little small town bakery, but was pleasantly surprised. We got some of their bread and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I've never had anything like it, and it is quite delicious. You can tell by talking to the workers that they are passionate about what they do. It's amazing that they can survive in such a small rural town. I've read some reviews complaining about their prices, but I would point out that this isn't Pizza Hut… it's a small local business crafting handmade goods with passion and skill. The prices seemed reasonable to me. Please get out and support this business.

Wonderful local bakery with traditionally fermented sourdough breads, focaccia, cookies, etc., baked to perfection in an old fashioned brick oven. The bakery and pastry shop recently changed owners. The new owners are wonderful and have done a lot to improve quality and service. The pastry shop has an excellent selection of health food items and is conveniently located just off the highway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful products. They will even ship. Warning if you follow instructions for reheating bread it’s addicting. Make sure and give it the water rinse.
The eclairs at pastry shop are to die for. Best custard filling ever. Worth a side trip.

The bread seemed kind of pricey but it was delicious. Their product was definitely a craft item. They know how to bake a great product. They also have another location that does pastries but unfortunately it was closed the day we we're in town.
