They impounded my car and held it for a week. It was expensive to get out, but it could have been worse. They were very clear about what documentation I had to have to get my car. When I got there with the documentation, it was hassel-free. My car wasn't damaged or rummaged. And I very much appreciate that!! Thank you for taking care of my car!!

Not even worthy of 1 star. They will leave you on the side of the road in freezing temperatures with kids in the car, and tell you that you are on your own.
