The hush puppies were cold and the cobbler tasted a little burned. We had to wait for the fish to cook but we got it hot out of the fryer & I thought it tasted pretty good. The service was good.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. I have been there several different days of the week at different times of the day. To say the service and food is subpar is an understatement. I could go to the gas station and get a better meal at a better price. 16$ for a plate of slop I could barely choke down and I asked for a sweet tea and got a warm unsweetened tea. I had to ask for silverware.
The only thing you folks managed to do in your favor tonight was to NOT ASK me how everything was. I would not eat there if it was free for the rest of my life. This place was good once years ago but I can safely say that's been over for sometime. Sorry not sorry.

Fantastic southern homemade style food. They have a menu to order from or you can do the buffet. The buffet isn't large compared to most buffet restaurants, but it nails all of the cornerstone items that somebody who wants a delicious home cooked meal would want. The service is fantastic, and everyone is happy to help you. I 3 started the atmosphere because it may seem quaint and dated to anyone used to fancy 5 star restaurants, but it's clean and comfortable. Come for the food, stay for the relaxed deep south cuisine and friendliness.

Excellent buffet! I usually don't expect wonderful food on a buffet, but I got it! Quality meats and country cooking! This will be a new favorite place! Thanks for a great experience!

We were leaving Daisy State Park and were looking for somewhere to get some good food on a Sunday afternoon. After reading reviews the thought of catfish tickled my wife's delight.

I wasn't really prepared to be impressed but it was better than I expected in the end.

We were seated quickly and made our way to the good ol' buffet. I waded through the fried catfish, fried chicken, and BBQ selections settling on a pile of catfish, hush puppies, and slaw with a side of pulled pork. It was very tasty. The catfish and slaw would be the highlights of my meal even though I grazed and pecked on a little of this and that. The salad fixings were nice and I added a big salad to cleanse the palate.

The waitresses were plenty nice and it just had a down home feel.

So to answer the question, "Would I go back?" I certainly would. The answer to that question is a big fat "YES!"

The absolute best buffet restaurant that I have ever been. The food was exceptional, particularly the fish, fried chicken, and cobbler. The service was prompt, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Family friendly, very busy restaurant. Servers did their best, but they were understaffed for the volume of customers. Waitress charged me for 2 buffets and my daughter only got sweet tea. My daughter wanted to order chicken strips rather than eat the buffet. I ordered her meal "to go", paid for my buffet, and all was good. Food was ok and our company made it a great day.

Absolutely delicious catfish ???? ????!!! We've been missing good catfish since we moved to Texas!! This was amazing!!!! Everything on buffet was!!!
