I really liked this buffet. Was it the best Chinese food I've ever had? No, and you'll never fund it at a buffet. Was it the best Chinese buffet I've found in the entire state of Arkansas? Absolutely.
I showed up near opening for the lunch buffet, and it was already a full parking lot, which I take to br a good sign, people know and like the place. It was really clean, like immaculate clean. The service was friendly and quick, they were already re-stocking dishes within in the first 20min of being open, and it had a great vibe going overall.
They had several sections, decent sushi, good opening/salad items, and all the traditional Chinese buffet favorites. Their dessert section was a bit more substantial, and included regular ice cream, not just soft serve. They also had a great selection of condiments.
I like Chinese buffets in general because they're easy to find things the kids will like and this one was awesome because I found a lot that I liked. I'll definitely be back.

Food was good and flavorful. We were seated quickly. We went at 6pm on a thursday. They had the fried potatoes and Mongolian beef that i like. The only complaint that my wife had was the eggroles were dripping grease.

Went a sunday around 3 pm and there were more people that I would've expected. The food is decently good for the price. No complaints. The crawfish though... Would come back

I would have given them a 5 for the food, until I tasted the chicken fried rice that I ordered, and it doesn't seem to be chicken that they gave me...it seems to be pork,it has a lot of fat on it..and it's chopped up so little and it's fried in a batter like coating! This is really wierd and upsetting to me, I came all the way home to discover that this is definitely not chicken!! I'll go back there maybe for the egg fu Yung,and other shrimp meals,but I don't trust them with anything else now! So unfortunate that this was my first time ever going there! I'm trying to call them now, and hopefully I'll get a positive response from them ‼️The food presentation was great, but again I'm upset with the chicken fried rice!! Update:So I took the chicken fried rice back to them the following day, and the lady didn't want to take it back or give me a refund,she said that they use chicken thighs instead of breast! I told her that it was mainly fat on my plate and I didn't want it! So they kept it..and I paid a few dollars more for the chicken and broccoli... which was on the small side.. definitely won't be ordering anything else besides egg fu Yung from their takeout menu!!

This restaurant recently reopened and we are happy they did! Very tasty Chinese buffet! They have about 4 dishes with shrimps so if you love shrimps, you will enjoy eating here like we did! The servers are 110% awesome. They were attentive in refilling our drinks, removing our used dishes, and, they would ask how we were doing! We love the food, the people, the service, and the ambience! So if you are in Jacksonville, come and eat at New China. Your tummy, and your wallet will thank you.

I found what looks to be a mosquito hawk all nice n crispy. They tried to say it was a mushroom root thing is it wasn't in my mushrooms! Then they only want to comp$5.00 off my bill for me almost eating this thing.

Our server was great, but there was packing? tape holding the flooring down in some spots. Kind of brings down the atmosphere. Also, I’m pretty sure they used too much MSG in the food. I had one plate and became incredibly, unreasonably full. I’m not a really big guy, but I should have the ability to eat more than one plate. Was this intentionally done to keep food costs down, or was the guy making the food just wayyy too heavy handed on the flavor dust? Either way, I know they can do better.

Fairly large buffet offering decent amounts of food. Hot, fresh and well stopped.
Fresh made sushi is even offered if you're so desire.
The prices have recently increased just like everything else, but overall still feel it's a good value.
