Good burger, but not amazing.

TL:DR
Definitely worth a visit, especially for their sides! A decent burger, but do NOT expect the best burger you've ever had, or you'll be disappointed.

Details:
The atmosphere and decor in this local favorite is great! The staff was very friendly, and everything smelled delicious!
I enjoyed the fried okra and corn nuggets, but the burger was... just okay. It wasn't disgusting, but I had been expecting a lot, and it didn't live up to the hype. (Disclaimer: Maybe I was expecting too much?)
Either way, the food is definitely worth stopping for if you are in town, but I wouldn't make a trip out of my way for it.
Be prepared for a wait if you don't order ahead - they do a pretty steady business from what I could tell.

Just passing through town and we read about this place so we stopped by for a bite...the vibe was cool and the food was great..the BBQ fries is a must try they were amazing!!!!!

The food was nothing extraordinary, but quite good! I got the avocado burger and they put the perfect amount of avocado on it. The fried pickles were kinda mid. Overall, I would recommend

After reading other reviews the bar was set pretty high. This was our first time there, passing through heading to TX. The burger was pretty dry and made me wonder if it was frozen patty? My husband felt the same way. Everything else was fresh and delicious. The sweet potato fries were great… David’s burgers are definitely tastier.

Finally got up to Tailgaters and it was worth the hour drive. We both had the cheeseburger, because why not, it’s a burger place! Ordered at the counter, staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a card to put on our table and a cup to get our drinks. The food came out pretty quickly and it was among the best of burgers I’ve ever eaten, which says a lot. We loved the décor and snuggling on an actual tail gate. We must return soon and try another menu item.

Man... where to start... so, I usually give 4 stars to places I really like, but this one gets 5 stars for sure! From the friendly staff, to the cool decor to the amazing food, I have no complaints. I was in Murfreesboro and made the almost hour drive in to try this place and was NOT disappointed! They have a pretty diverse selection of different burgers and sandwiches and I will personally couch for the Club sandwich and fries! Every bite was just delicious and as much as you might think that's a pretty simple order, you'd be surprised at how often places make it a mediocre meal. Not so at Tailgaters! Food was hot and fresh and served by smiling faces in a truly unique setting. If you're in or near Hope, Arkansas this place is a MUST! (You'll thank me later)

Probably the best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. I swapped out the provolone for pepper jack as I'm a huge fan of pepper jack cheese. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, Not too crunchy, Not too soft and the powdered sugar wasn't overwhelming. My friend had the mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and also commented about how good it was. if you're driving through Hope Arkansas or haven't tried this place, I highly recommend it.
