This was my first time in this store. It was recommended by a co-worker because I was looking for a specific item. I found it plus a lot more. I loved all of the different items available. If you are looking for name brand clothes, shoes, home decor and so much more you need to shop here. If you need a gift this is a great place to shop for that. I found my new favorite store!!! I will be coming back.

Normally I love martens and I hate to leave a bad rating but someone needs to tell the young employees to not treat customers as if they're better or not belittle or intentionally ignore certain customers. Remember the customers are why you have a paycheck. The way this little girl treated myself and my son... sorry I'll be buying those SEVERAL pairs of shoes a year elsewhere in the future.

I do love Martins I buy alot there husbands shoes, make up and Ranoldo Bracelets for every occasion. I was very disappointed this time Staff is great but I had bought shoes and 2 pair of boots a couple of weeks ago but went back for Bare minerals makeup and chicken salad today. Sign on doors says 20 present off all clearance so I picked up a other pair of clearance Birkenstock sandals and they said they don't count. I am very disappointed. Door should say except shoes???????? I do but alot and tell people how great the store is .

All staff greeted us today and checked on us through out the visit. The 2 young girls who checked me out had some problems with the card machine but were quick in getting it sorted out. They apologized for the inconvenience but it wasn't their fault and an apology was not needed. So polite and professional!
