The food is generally good. Place used to be just fine to visit, but not so much anymore. Good luck getting an order taken, the people behind the counter are pros at ignoring customers. Half the time when you do finally get someone, they'll come out from behind the counter just to show you how to use the kiosk. Sorry but I don't work for McDonald's and damn sure don't want to. And if it's night shift, better hope you're not in a hurry, because they sure aren't. Have waited 20+ minutes with only 1 other person in line.

I am not a fan of ordering by kiosk. I would rather speak to a human. My daughter and I stopped here for a drink and fries and a milkshake. The fries were warm her soda was fine but my milkshake was already melted when it was given to me.

I come in there once or twice a week and sit to eat. Today there was many people complaining that the drink machines are gone and they can not refill their own drinks. Others complained that they are charging for sauce packets. There was nothing but complaints at this establishment today.

I'm biased against this particular McDonalds, and here is why... It would seem that almost every time I use the drive thru, I'm asked to park in a numbered space regardless of when I pull thru or how busy they are. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't fast food supposed to be fast. Especially with an all new building and equipment designed to rapidly serve their patrons. I wouldn't mind so much about the more than 10 minutes of waiting if when I received my order, it was correct. More often than not, it's incorrect. In fact, there was one time I waited over 17 min and had to go inside to receive my order from a rude manager.

This place always gets my order right when I ask. Most of the time the workers have an amazing attitude towards the customers. I have been in the back because one of my family members works there and they Work their hardest and try their best.They hurry a lot but they try to get their food as fast as they can to you, which I love. Their building isn't the cleanest but it is pretty clean and it's not the cleanest because it's they're always busy working on people's orders. People also throw food and stuff on the floor to make them clean it up. It is very rude and disrespectful. The reason they don't get your food right most of the time is cause the person that ordered it is like a Karen and is very rude and disrespectful and wants their food ASAP, and they can't do an order "ASAP". People need to be more nice to them. They're working very hard.

Nasty and dirty interior with flies everywhere and getting an employee to help you with anything is hit-and-miss. Waiting for a refill is a waste of time, and you can't refill on your own. They've definitely gone downhill since before COV*D.

So I would normally say this McDonald's is amazing. But tonight I'm pretty disappointed. I come by after work quite often around 1-2am. I am usually getting out of a 12+ hour shift and am pretty hungry. McDonald's is the only place open this late. But sitting in your drive thru for more than 10 minutes when there is only one car at the window is ridiculous. You lost 3 customers tonight. All 3 cars in your drive thru left.

Since when is THIS acceptable customer service. You guys are usually so great. And so nice to me when I come through. Always make me great food. But the last couple weeks, I have gone home hungry multiple times because you just won't help me over the speaker.

Please fix this. I am a very loyal customer. And I am about to NOT be a very loyal customer.

Edited to add: I am a manager for Hollister Domino's and we just had a meeting where the main focus was customer experience. You should train your employees in customer experience. Your customers are what keep you open. Especially your regulars. I go to McDonald's every single day before work to get my coffee and at least 3 times a week after work to grab a burger. But it's hard to keep up that habit when lately my experience has been horrible. I wish you would start seeing your customers as people instead of just another person in line. I don't see why it's big deal to serve burgers at your burger making job. And can you try to have better attitudes please. You did sign up to serve burgers at your burger making job after all. Nobody is forcing you to work there. So please for the love of all that is great and holy, FIX THIS!!!!!

3 cars Waited in line for 20 minutes just to receive dry food and hard bread. Place was not busy in the slightest so you would expect better service.
