Definitely would not recommend using this H&R Block office for tax filing. Tomorrow is the filing deadline, and I have no idea whether my return will be done in time because no one returns calls or messages. They had everything in February and still not done.
Update: My taxes were not filed on time due to complete and utter incompetence from the accountants at this office.

Dakota was wonderful! She helped and answered every single question I asked with pride! I especially appreciate everyone in the office that was able to guide me and the amount of time they put in to get everything correct! Thank you so much Dakota and the others for such an amazing experience!

Up until this year I was thoroughly happy this year. However, when I went in a few days ago for the emerald advance I was helped by someone new. Who proceeded to not listen to me and messed up my paperwork. It's supposedly gonna be fixed (yet to be seen), but my disappointment is in how the employee handled it and the tried to ignore me about it.

The service was excellent. It was made less complicated by our preparer's patience and effort to make sure we had everything she needed. We were not rushed and our questions were answered efectivly

The employees there are friendly and explain things in a way that helps me understand exactly is going into my taxes. They also helped me get a significantly larger amount of returns rather than what I got last year when I did it on my own with Credit Karma!
