XL KING (½ lb meat) Fatburger and Chili and Cheddar Cheese on top of the Fat Fries for me and my boyfriend had the XXL KING (1 lb meat) Fatburger and Fat Fries. We were both very full. The taste was fantastic... Of course, there are smaller sizes and bigger Fatburgers, plus other Menu items. We will be going back to try other foods soon....

Great burger and loved the skinny fries. Employees were very friendly and we went when it wasn't very busy so food came out fast. The original burger was already bigger than a burger I'm used to so it filled me up. I can't imagine the large or extra large being not enough for someone. We got a cookies and cream shake when we finished our meal and it was amazing. Can't wait to come back

1st time trying Pulling in at 5 p.m. Not really busy.
It took 26 minutes in drive-through to get my food.
Burger was really good. Hot and a good flavor. Regular burger and it with fries were filling. The "skinny fries" were warm, not salted, and had been under heat lamps.
I sat at the window and watched the young folks working.
All had hair covered, all wore gloves, and I noticed gloves were changed often.
To me, $14.20 is too pricey for a hamburger meal.
Especially when the wait was that long, fries were warm at best and were mostly the butt ends. (See photos).
It's definitely not my go-to place.
But yes, the burger was made to order and had a good flavor.
Pictures are included for the prices of meals. The family of 4 will cost you about $60 bucks.
I hope the business survives.

We were so excited to try this new Fatburger on our way through town. The line was long, which we expected on a Sunday afternoon. The staff weren't super friendly and everything was so very slow. It did seem like they were trying, but the delays were due to poor design of the workflow. Staff taking orders were also fixing drinks, which seemed to really slow them down. Then when we wanted refills, we had to stand in line again for quite a bit. My son ordered chili cheese fries but when they were brought to our table, we were told they were out of forks. Another customer overheard the waitress telling us this and told her that someone else had found some forks.

As for the food itself - it was okay. Not great, and certainly not as good as I'd expect for the price point, but definitely better than most fast food joints. However, since this really isn't a "fast food" place at all, that seems sort of like a problem.

When we ordered, we were prompted for a tip, which we gave, but then we didn't actually get service. So, overall - the design is aesthetically pleasing and the food is decent, but I don't think it outweighs the sub-par service, long wait times, and higher price point when you could spend that money at a "real restaurant" instead.

Mixed review on this one… The food was great, made fresh to order and it took a while because I had the triple burger with chili fries. The prices were a bit high but comparable to David’s burgers and the burger was better in my opinion. The staff was lacking though, no service after our food was brought out and despite finishing my entire burger and fries, no option to be hung on the wall of fame. Be prepared to spend but well worth it!

Little confused by what this restaurant is trying to be. Waiting in line for refills, fast-food quality burgers with a trendy themed atmosphere for sit-down restaurant prices seems strange. Part of my order was forgotten, promised to be fixed, and ten minutes later I’m writing this review as I’m watching my cashier live his best life. I’ll be asking for a refund.

Two stars because food wasn’t terrible.

This was our first time at a Fatburger. As a family of omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, we were thrilled to find a fast food restaurant that we could all enjoy. The first thing I noticed was how dirty every table was. Hopped in line and placed our order. Our cashier, Jazz, was friendly, polite, and patient. When we sat down, we realized that the place was severely understaffed. Jazz seemed to be the only one working up front. I could understand why the place was in disarray. How could she possibly wipe down tables or pick up the lobby at all while a non-stop stream of customers lined up at her register? Our food was good, even if the wait was longer and reminders were necessary. But what I noticed above all else was Jazz. Despite being slammed with the line and customers coming up to remind her of missing items, she never once showed any trace of being overwhelmed. She remained joyful and positive and gave each and every customer her undivided attention. I pray that someone in leadership will recognize her for this. It would have been easy to let it get to her, but her work ethic shined through.

The guys in the back (as well as a woman on her day off who jumped back for a moment) were also hustling. I could see how hard they were all working, despite being understaffed. Working in the food service industry can be hard, but keeping calm and still giving it your all is even harder. I see you and appreciate you :)

Went through the drive through. Had a good experience overall. Onion Rings are homemade in house and they show it. I wasn't mad about it, I still enjoyed them.
