this place really has gone down hill. i used to work at this location in 2020 and they did great, food wise. i came through drive through this evening, made an online order, as i usually do. the potatoes in my potato soft taco and cheesy fiesta potatoes were so old and hard, they were inedible. please, do better.

edit: i came back through a couple days later, tracy has always been awesome! she made us fresh potatoes! she’s always on point when we come thru!

I went to this pathetic place & it was the worst taco bell I've ever visit. There was no meat in the tacos but half of a teaspoon & it was cold, just as the cheap steak chapulas. The manager should find a real job because she really sucks at this one!

Spent $90 dollars on meat and cheese burritos and taco and they put and small amount of meat and cheese. After they had to fix them because the cashier didnt put no lettuce on them. I’m very disappointed and upset

I ordered 3 burritos I only got 2 and they were the wrong burritos. I asked for hot sauce and I got a few packets and they were all exploded. Very unprofessional. The burritos were cold to the touch and had been sitting out for a very long time.

Beware if you want breakfast. Went for a breakfast crunch wrap at 10:00 am. Was told they were out. They only make so much and once they are out they don’t make anymore for the day.

If I could rate this lower then 1 star I would. I usually love taco bell but the one here in Dequeen is pathetic. I've never gotten a order correct or worth my dollar from there. Which sucks because again I love taco bell. Literally this time I went everything down to the carbonation in my Mtn. Dew was wrong like the employees just absolutely do not care. If you want to be just as hungry only broker then what you came in this is the place for you.

I spend about $60 a week if not more at this Taco bell. It's a guilty pleasure I guess. But this Taco bell has gone from really good to bad. I get off work usually around 7pm to 9pm. And I stop by just about every other night. 9 times out of 10 they are usually out of large tortillas. Yes a taco joint out of tortillas. This is ridiculous and happens usually over the weekends. U would think they would have enough to last especially on the weekends. If not u would assume they would order more so they don't run out. This sounds like a bad management issue. I've worked in the restaurant business nearly 20 years and if we were to run out of a particular product this often then we would add to the truck order to make sure we kept enough on hand. With that being said, another issue is they are constantly having credit card machine issues. I have gone through several times and place my order only to be told when I get to the window that their credit card machine is down and they only take cash. Who uses cash these days?

Incompetent, got my order wrong a second time even after I went back. Put meat in vegetarian order. They ran out of a bunch of product and turned people away once stuck in the drive thru. Well I guess they didn't run out fast enough to not put steak on my black bean chalupa. They also offered to put potatoes in my burrito since they were out of rice, but did they do it? No. Pathetic considering this cost nearly $12.
