Cashier didn’t even ask what sides were wanted with our combo meals, also just assumed that the number one combo would be dark meat only, then when asked why they didn’t ask what sides we wanted stated that’s what comes with it

The girl that took our order was so rude and I even heard her say she didn't care what the customer in the drive through wanted. The food was nasty and we couldn't eat it... My husband said he wanted mashed potatoes and coleslaw but he didn't get it so I said something and one guy said well you'll have to give the mashed potatoes back if you want the coleslaw. So he reaches and takes it off the tray.. We will not go back!!

Rude lady in the window. She once forgot to give me me card back. Got the wrong drinks yesterday. What's funny, she told me to pull up to wait on my food.. that's cool, BUT I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER!! New management please.

Guys I'm usually not one for bad reviews; I hate giving them. But you can always count on De Queen KFC....to take forever AND get your order WRONG!. Waited 20 minutes for original recipe dark meat and this is what I got, disgusting, soggy, falling apart skin. Also I had ordered Mac n cheese instead of cole slaw because my kids like it better only to get home and find cole slaw and no mac. Lastly, their mashed potatoes really taste like tap water they should invest in a purification system for their restaurant. Literally spent nearly $35 dollars for something no one wants to eat.

Not clean, dead insects on the floor and live ones flying around. I dread to think what the kitchen looks like. We didn't eat the food.

This was the worst chicken I have ever bought. It looks like half the skin is gone . If you pick it up grease runs everywhere. They have definitely lost all my families business.

Woman at the window was being rude and didn't wanna do her job correctly. Interrupted me multiple times, shoved our drinks out the window, never once smiled or anything. Had to ask for my receipt which she slung out the window. Tried calling them but they pick the phone up and hang it up. Will never come here again.

My experience was good. My food was correct, hot, and seemingly fresh. Service was great. I dined in and they brought my food out to me. They had air conditioning units or something like that vented up to the ceiling and taking up booths. A little weird but overall good.
